GRC International Named Official Partner of Europrivacy

GRC International Group PLC (AIM: GRC, "GRC" or "the Group"), the international governance, risk management and compliance organisation whose main business is cyber defence-in-depth, is pleased to announce that it is now an official partner of the European Centre for Certification and Privacy (ECCP) and can support the implementation of Europrivacy™/® related services.

Europrivacy is approved by EDPB as the European Data Protection Seal to assess and certify the compliance of data processing under the GDPR and complementary national data protection regulations. Developed through the European Research Programme Horizon 2020, it is continuously updated by the European Centre for Certification and Privacy (ECCP) in Luxembourg and its International Board of Experts in data protection. It is licensed to qualified certification bodies and consulting firms committed to protect personal data. Europrivacy enables organisations to demonstrate to their customers and other stakeholders that their data processing activities comply with relevant national and international data protection laws, and are cyber secure.

As a Europrivacy official partner, the Group has been evaluated and selected on the basis of its track record and expertise in data protection. Through its IT Governance EU, IT Governance UK and GRCI Law Limited businesses, the Group now offers a comprehensive range of services to organisations that wish to certify the compliance of their data processing activities with the EU GDPR and with supplementary national data protection regulation.
