Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Going below yearly lows with no catalyst up coming and a need for cash later on this year is not going to end well.
If it does, that pretty much seals it’s fate of never getting up towards £1 for several years if at all
Worth noting that post the CRL and the subsequent rally back to 70p in the days after, he sold a lot of his holding. Saying he would only get back in post approval to remove the risk factor.
In several videos during this year he alluded to holding only a very small percentage of his portfolio in polarean and more recently to be out completely as per his podcast.
Vadim sold 50% on the CRL news so who knows if he is still in but they did recently release a piece together about it
Not necessarily, it’s a question been asked before https://youtu.be/Db0IdVAbLYM towards the end of of that presentation in the Q&A
Expected that those polarisers in the research centres will lead the centre to coming along in the commercial sense too with orders for another polariser and software upgrades etc.
So that’s 25+ already potentials
Thompi, good thing about angle is they got the £20 million away shortly after raising but obviously maybe not at a favourable price. The market back drop for raising money has not been positive this year. So getting £20 million away is great.
Polx as I’ve said before, need to go this approval, then start selling. If they can sell 10-15 or even 20 polarisers by middle of next year then I don’t think they will have any trouble raising funds at a favourable price. If by mid next year they’ve sold a 2 or 3 then that’s not really much better than we’re doing at the moment for research purposes.
A positive RNS should lead to an upwards price move.
angle recently reported FDA approval, was up around 65% in intraday.
STX up around 100% in the day and day or so after approval back in 2019.
Worth checking where they are now to show that the road the share price follows post approval is not always rosy.

Worth a listen, end of June. Polarean mentioned in the opening and around the 40 min mark.
They did sell some in the lead up to the CRL, but still hold 23 million approx.
On polareans website they’re still listed as the largest holder and we’ve had no holdings RNS regarding them yet.
As I’ve posted on the other forum, this is all about getting approval and selling some polarisers now. Demonstrating good uptake and demand is key to raising money next year
Oscar, what’s your theory with volume, that increasing volume should help the share price head north? Just curious
Last year having the placing complete in April, put all funding issues to bed, first broker note from new advisor Stifel in May/June with target price of 135p and just general market being more favourable helped this up I think.
I’m all for a rise back up to previous highs on approval just not sure this time around it’s possible
Several things a different now
1. Chart different, plenty of overhead resistance from people that have been stuck in since the CRL, last year it was all blue sky above in a solid uptrend
2. Funding now closer than it was last time around
3. General market environment different with inflation / interest rate rises etc
