Currently up 13.5p ie 9% (LSE delayed 15 minutes). Should be on the leader board soon. Might generate some extra interest.

Drew Nelson featured briefly on "The Dragon Next Door", 5pm today on Radio 4, a programme about industry in Wales. He sounded very upbeat. You may be able to get it as a podcast or iPlayer radio (I haven't tried). There were 2 separate segments featuring him.

Ref Investor1111 at 13.32 - the 100k but at 10.44 was mine and I didn't know the RNS was coming and I did not sell this afternoon! Pleased if it kick started a S P rise, but really surprised if a buy worth little more than £2k can do that. Unusual for me to get my timing right, but here's hoping.

IanB - a small correction: 3200 sq ft is only the equivalent of a large house. Advert says 3200 sq m, which is over 10 times bigger.

Thanks to Tiggerman for posting the transcript. However, my copy of today's Telegraph (electronic version) shows Questor's conclusion as:

"Buy. A ton of its fertiliser should cost $40 to produce and sell for $145". NB: A straight "buy", not a "speculative buy".

I especially like the last paragraph:

"As with all new mining projects, risk remains and the numbers are liable to move around. But Sirius is developing a good track record. The shares still trade at a sharp discount to their estimated net present value of 110p. This represents an opportunity to dig in."

Apols! I'm just feeling a bit Friday afternoon-ish after the joys of a (much) worse than usual M25.

I was on holiday in Vietnam last month and the rest of the party was Australian. I took the opportunity to ask about Gina R. Not the stuff you can find on the internet, but reputation etc. Although she is Oz's richest woman because she is a scion of the Hancock mining dynasty she has reputation as a canny operator who does not make bad bets.
So, irrespective of how her investment in Sirius is structured, the fact she is interested in the company at all has to be a big plus point.

It's very misleading. HL value my holding on the basis of the sell price or 2.25. In fact it is worth 10% more.

Posted spread is absurd - 2.25/2.75 or 22%. On HL I can buy 250000 at 2.575 and sell the same at 2.48. Far more realistic. Usual MM games!

Is it significant that in the RNSs on 22.12.2017 and 28.3.2018, what we now know is the contract in Iran is valued in Euros whereas the vehicle screening contract, also announced on 28.3.2018, which is presumably NOT in Iran is valued in Dollars? UKEF will insure or lend on Stering or Euro denominated contracts, not Dollar contracts.

Dummy sell on HL at 31.28p at 9.34AM

Sadly, the IC feature is the annual review of the 100 largest companies, not necessarily the best. Some will be both, including - in my view - Motif. Currently just a bit frustrated that we don't seem to be able to break out of a very narrow trading range. Hoping for great things here, guess I'll just have to be patient - not a trait normally associated with me!

Master RSI Is quite right. I quadrupled my holding after the results RNS and reduced my average to 31p. But I was holding far too much in cash terms overall and as a percentage of my portfolio. My nerves can't stand it! Took a - for me - respectable cash profit, even if only pennies in terms of the share price. Now I can sleep at night.

Me too although tactical rather than tactile I never was very touchy feely. Will be back in if it falls to 30p. Typically the price is now on the rise after my sell!

Pretty sure today is not a public holiday in Newfoundland. Each province chooses its own holiday dates. Easter Monday is not an obligatory nationwide holiday. Will there be an announcement later? Its just after 9AM in Newfoundland now.
