8/3/21. Matomy Media Group Plc - Delisting
 
What has happened?
Matomy Media Group Plc Shares were cancelled from trading on the LSE from 23 November 2020. This was due to their failure to meet the required listing rules. Matomy Media Group Plc will now be solely quoted and traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. As we are unable to trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange you are unable to sell these shares via Hargreaves Lansdown.
 
Important information for ISA holders
 As a result of the delisting, the Company’s shares no longer meet the HMRC rules to be held within an ISA and must therefore be removed from your ISA.
 
In order to continue to hold these shares on our platform they will need to be moved into a Fund & Share Account. If you have a Fund & Share Account open on 18 March 2021 then you will be required to take no further action. There is no charge for moving these shares. If you do not have a Fund & Share Account open with us you can open one with us either online or over the phone on 0117 900 9000.
 
If you do not have a Fund & Share Account open by 18 March 2021 then we will place your holding into an inactive version which you can subsequently activate by following the same account opening procedure as above.

Can you explain your comment that you can buy MAST shares now if you own KIBO. I don’t know how you would do that and HL say wait for launch.

Agree we do deserve free shares but the absence of that any idea, days, weeks or months on MAST trading and likely opening price. Let’s hope it’s a KANA rise or more

Daisy12 these might help. I bought in before launch but it hasn’t done anything yet. Having said that the Uk economy is sort of on hold at the moment. The HL link gives a few shares included so far and there is a January 21 update link

Lots of sells showing up on trades but at buy prices.
Done a few dummy sells to check price and coming out lower so suspect MM’s and big holders playing games with us.

As part of doing my DYOR I am looking to develop my UK green/energy holdings and associated companies which INFA is already part. I hold AFC, ITM, Ceres, PHE and elsewhere PLUG, BE Bloom, BMN. MAST is also imminent.
A friend of mine is a buying a new house and it will have a Heat Source Pump as gas boiler installs are getting phased out by 2025. Any ideas on associated investments in this area. We also have these new mini nuclear power stations. Anyone already knowledgeable or have any suggestions.

To all those immature naive PIs some with their new £5 betting Apps who want to get rich quick, whinge all the time and post on various LSE BB’s doom and gloom “Jog On”
It’s very simple if you don’t like MVR (AM the board or strategy) what ever reason or its not get rich quick enough for you then sell up and move on to Argo or the like (but be warned watch for that plug getting pulled on you someday)
That will leave us ordinary PIs and LTH’s who want to play the markets for what they are.
Sensible balanced money management opportunities and portfolios are based on DYOR, time, patience and a some luck. It’s hard enough getting one over on the MM’s never mind you negative scaremongers. As I said JOG On and Retire as Early as possible from these boards.

Given Erris or EGR won’t be traded and won’t sit any ISA holding any suggestions where we should focus our BB contributions.
Assume ZNWD holders (mostly the same at the moment) won’t want it here so maybe we should use the old ERIS BB which is still there on LSE. Put in ERIS but not much comes up but click on chat and we can use that.
Obviously happy with my free shares and now doubled up at 1.5p. Only prob for me outside ISA.

If your new to the market and especially AIM then this would be a gamble.
I personally would say there are other safer options with more established share or high return funds giving circa 30%pa
This could come good and I hope it does because I am a LTH (long term holder) wanting to get out at some stage and hopefully with some profit. Luckily I can sit on my investment until the time is right. Also I have a long established portfolio well in profit.
Do Your Own Research (DYOR) or in this case extend and give yourself time to research more.

When I worked I worked very hard and gave far more than 100%
It stands to reason that the body can only do so much and stress is a hidden killer.
I didn’t want reason for death on my very to be “death by email and undertaking bureaucracy”
I now live in a lovely place and hopefully I live long, healthy and enough ££££s to really enjoy it.

I jumped off the hamster wheel of work 4 yrs ago at 55.
You never know whats around the corner and life can be short for some.
At 21 my best friend died next to me in the gym. A work colleague after 43 yrs service died two weeks after retiring. Only last year none of us would have seen this virus coming.
I will say it again if you can and if you can plan early enough Retire Early Folks.
In retirement I am actually making very good tax free money from savings and investments.

All power to the young.
I think investing and planning for life should be part of the school curriculum but who teaches young people about saving and other life skills. It’s a massive gap. I would suggest most people don’t even know about shares, funds etc. I have tried to support and advise my extended family and friends and I am thinking of setting up up an advice and support Share club soon.

I was young once and I remember on my first day at work an old RAF pilot telling me Pension, save and if that works retire early and enjoy it. Well I did.
Both my kids have substantial investments they will get when I croak it all from investment by me over many many years. Starting from their birth.
My fingers are crossed for you and other investors wanting a great future for their families.
Hope your money is in an ISA and please look at Funds (Circa 10-30%pa and less hassle) not just shares especially on AIM. When you get your house pay off as much as you can early every £10 helps.
DYOR but have a look at these other green energy/ hydrogen plays ITM, PLUG. For minerals look at ECR and AYM. MARS for a pint on me when this is all over a good recovery play.
