Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
The Share Centre have accounted for the consolidation but are still showing the share price at the pre-consolidation price, so a bit of a shock this morning to see my share account severely depleted.
Its not good enough, they all need a good kick up the butt !.
Hi Kentan & Seac,

I have been keeping an eye out on Companies House regarding both MXO and ADM Energy and will receive an alert if any changes occur. ADM has been set up with just one Director, Shaun Zulafqar. The current Directors of MXO no doubt automatically become Directors of ADM due to the name change and it will be interesting to see whether Shaun Zulafqar is the Shaikh's appointed Director or he simply set up ADM prior to the Shaikh's interest becoming public to safeguard the name and stop some clever dick doing so once the proposed name change became public. ( must admit, it crossed my mind ).

Following Barrick's aggressive t/o bid for Newmont and NM's immediate rejection, Barrick could decide to tread on a few toes by bidding for some of the small fry ( like OMI) that NM have taken positions in. With such a small Mcap the cost to Barrick would be pocket money, even at a 100% premium , and would certainly up the anti. Companies with potential assets like OMi are Newmont's future and I have no doubt that Barrick would 'play dirty' if it was in their interests.

The fact no RNS has been issued saying either 'Directors know no reason for the current share price increase', or there is a 'leak' about positive news on current negotiations can only mean one of two things :-
Either no one is in the office to draft an RNS or great news is on its way - but we cannot say anything at the moment.
Hope its the latter !!!!!
Going through the old RNS's I cannot find any specific reference to the licences being extended beyond April/May 2018
Can someone please put my mind at rest ?.
The Environmental Authorisation application went in during April this year, and as no drilling can be undertaken under the 2016 legislation without approval being in place , can it be automatically assumed that the licence has been extended by mutual agreement between the parties as it could be argued that without approval, BPC are unable to fulfil their obligation under the licence to commence exploratory drilling ?.
In any event, any major seriously intending to enter an off take is :-
a). Wanting to have the EA approved and
b), Have the assurance that the BG are serious and capable of getting the public behind them.
So many conspiracy theories are possible.
But heyho - its the weekend, so lets be positive !
Whatever transpires, I'm in for the long haul - win it or bin it !.
A Company is only as good as its senior executives, and this is reason enough to invest in Vast with AP at the helm. AP shares his initials with Andre Previn. the renowned conductor and composer who won 4 Academy Awards and was immortalised by Morecombe & Wise in the 'Andrew Preview' sketch and always played the right notes.
Roy the previous incumbent was more like Les Dawson, who when questioned about his prowess on the piano said
'I play all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order'.
Since AP has taken over the outlook for the Company has improved dramatically, so, give me Andre Previn over Les Dawson any day of the week !.
Strange goings on with the RNS's and different investors reading of the tea leaves.
Following the extension of the exclusivity agreement for a further month, on 6th. August informed that the CEO's contract terms were being amended. I read this as a positive sign as it was possibly a requirement of the major and tidied up the paperwork. Then towards the end of August comes the news that the major was not extending for a second time. All hell lets loose and I am scimmed for my shares, receiving far less that my stop loss due to the speed of the drop. The fact is, the moment they knew the exclusivity was not being extended, it HAD to be rns'd . As stated before on numerous occasions, it did not say the major had walked away.
I am of the opinion that all is not lost, there may well have been a bit of 'who blinks first' during the negotiations, and do not forget the fact that the BG have not issued approval of the EA. No major is going to sign up to terms when there is no permit in place.
It could be that both BPC and the major are playing hardball with the BG. No EA, no agreement to bringing forward the possibility of life changing income to their population.
I was so pi..ed off, I bought my shares straight back, so am definitely in the 'half full' camp, although being perfectly honest, I think it is more likely the cup is 20% full, but hey, if your not in it you can't win it.
Spike,
Sorry to hear your wows. Makes my loss feel a bit better as although I have been investing over the years, I am small fry compared to you. Something newbies may not know, and I found out to my cost - in circumstances like these where a share crashes , stop losses are not worth the paper they are written on. I buy through The Share Centre, and had a stop loss set at 4.65. If the wheel fell off, at least I would still make a decent profit. However, my shares went for 1.875 each !. Apparently the share bombed out so quickly, electronic trading could not deal with the sale and it had to be dealt with by 'human hand'. So be warned. All you have stayed in. Good luck.

Further to my one and only previous post , I have to apologise to Mr. P. It was on BPC where he mentioned MATD.
For retired read retarded !!!!!.
First time ever to post after being into shares for last three years and , like everyone, some winners and some losers.
Have to thank Mr. P over on Vast for mentioning MATD and I was able to get in at 7.60. I aim to stick with it, and if it goes belly up, no hard feelings Mr. P, its the luck of the draw. Good luck to all you long holders - you deserve it.
By the way for retarded read retired !.
