still only 5m mkt cap which given the license areas seems a bit poor - well underpinned by Cameroon alone then you have SA which sits next to a huge Total discovery and Namibia which is seeing a load of interest and exploration from the majors, trp sit in amongst the big boys
when the ceo states these are 'exciting times for Tower' you can expect a lot of action behind the scenes. You would think going on timeframes and comments in rns all will be revealed very soon. I am waiting to hear what he says next as this could well be the game changer!
should not forget also that trp have been approached by an oil major re Namibia and i think a big player will be interested in SA given Totals monster find, so potentially 2 jumbo farmouts for drill carry.
jim not really researched Namibia too much but keeping an eye out as near term this is all about Cameroon for me. If one of the big boys starts hitting the goods then Namibia wil be huge of course but focus on Cam first. The ref to trp/gbp leads was highlighted in recent rns.
correct me if wrong but gbp are all on Namibia and their primary lead target lies in trp block!. i prefer the diversity of risk in trp assets as not all eggs in one basket and namibia is still unproven but early days. trp have low to high risk reward across a few countries which appeals imo. gla
