First Cazubbo and now Caldwell have presided over dismal PFS's that have taken years to complete whilst diluting the shareholders and patiently running the operation down into mothball status. No suitor is going to use the PFS we submitted anyway, so why are we constantly refining them instead of getting on with BFS/permits?

The time taken so far is ridiculous. The big hitters know exactly how enormous this Tier 1 asset is, their aim by proxy is shake us out.

For a cheap bid that fatigued investors may accept to get out. Sure he's got options in Solgold and some shares, but is there a bigger reward elsewhere for Caldwell? He's certainly not whiter than white.

Yeah but the PFS also contains an adjustment grid for uplift in copper and gold prices. The IRR is nothing like 18% at current metal prices. OK they could go down again but it's not that likely given the end days of non-gold backed fiat.

Solgold should issue an addendum with IRR calculated at better prices. But that would be a positive move and for some reason they are determined to run this into the ground.

For the record, I voted against Caldwell at the AGM. The Canadians are trashing this deliberately.
