The RIG bid for Rambler Canada has nothing to do with the CVL vote for Rambler Metals and Mining PLC. Do some research before throwing accusations around. Any shareholder has been welcome to join the RIG group for a long time now, and the back up plan of a low-ball bid for RMMC was not and has never been a secret.
The stated purpose of the extension was to allow people with shares in nominee accounts more time to vote. If your broker doesn't have the required information, it may be a good idea to contact the proposed liquidator, Begbies, and make them aware, and ask them to contact your broker.

Have a listen from around 17mins in, and think of this next time the BoD or proposed liquidator talk about not expecting any return from RMMC.

The CVL motion has been deferred for 2 weeks and 6 days to a second GM, due to the number of people contacting Begbies about struggling to vote.
A meeting to specifically brief shareholders on the events of the last two years, and how we have ended up in this situation, especially given the information promulgated by the company in July and August last year, has been requested, with the breakdown in trust being given as part justification, and the meeting we have been requesting since September not materialising.
It was also request who was the driving force behind the CVL, given that three of the top five creditors were on the BoD and another was the NOMAD. The second largest creditor, HMRC, has not been approached by the BoD or liquidator to discuss the situation. It has been specifically requested that they contact HMRC to discuss the overall situation.
At this point no creditors have indicated they would force compulsory liquidation.
Last day to request meeting invites through Begbies, the liquidator, as-team@btguk.com
They are making people jump through hoops, so you need a letter from your broker stating holding, and that they authorise you to attend, speak and vote at the meeting.
Begbies are requiring your broker to contact them stating that you hold shares and that they are authorising you to attend, speak and vote at the meeting, if you want an MS Teams invite to the General Meeting.

Only a few days left with most brokers to register your proxy vote for the motion to place Rambler UK (the Rambler entity in which we hold shares) into Creditor Voluntary Liquidation.
The opinion of RIG is that shareholders should strongly consider voting against the CVL motion, but to the BoD's inadequate reasoning and less than transparent motives.
Vote by logging into your broker account, or by phoning your broker and asking them to look at RMM Corporate Actions.
If you'd been here longer than five minutes you'd know it's RMMC that's for sale, not RMM UK. The CVL application is for RMM UK, not RMMC. The SISP is a defined Canadian process, and unaffected by the CVL. The CVL does however potentially affect the rights of shareholders of RMM UK, and could potentially be a way of discretely disposing of Rambler Mines Ltd, which holds the rights over RMMC.
You were going on about an exciting opportunity to invest in the vibrant Scarborough public house industry, for which you're the prime blow monkey.
It's RMMC that's being sold, not RMM UK. The RMMC sales process is effectively independent of RMM UK now, due to the SISP.
So what are your motives, aims and objectives, Monkey?
One minute you're saying we'll get nothing, someone will get this for pennies, but then when we act at least in part on the presumption of nothing, you're critical of the action, saying that's what they want for a cheap sale.
You get to gloat at our losses either way, so why does it matter so much to you? You seem to take our actions very personally for someone not invested in or associated with Rambler, so aside from points of moot conversation, what's your motive, aims and objectives here?
One of the reasons we're voting against the CVL - we're not going to allow the BoD to quietly close Rambler down, and let what's happened disappear.
That's the odd thing with all of this, where's the money? Huge investment, huge fund raising, massive unsecured debts, sold copper, gold and silver, no-one paid for pretty much all of last year.

Monkey, you claim to know a lot for someone who contributes so little. Do you ever say anything positive anywhere, or do you just snipe online when your wrists aren't too tired?
The membership of RIG represents over 20% of RMM.
