I mentioned a future consolidation a while back. Having billions of shares in issue arguably puts larger investors off; especially institutions which is what PHE probably need for serious volume buying.

The fact there's so many shares in issue is for one reason only, PHE have gone to the market many times for more and more money; otherwise it would have gone under.

Maybe the current price is because this is where the market currently values what PHE have, which probably doesn't amount to a MC of £43m, at the moment.

Piltick, unless it's deemed to be overvalued at 1p!

Didn't Engs have reasonable external revenue before PHE bought it? It would be handy to know if PHE are paying Engs for work, probably some tax benefit to doing so?

Don't they have the TrimTab business, although no idea what that's worth.

Whoknowswhy - you've no idea of what is relative, percentage gains and cost price are important in terms of making money.

1p means nothing if you've made a 50% margin. Maybe you're down 50% and that's why you're being a twat??

2. What's news is pushing the SP to 3p before Christmas

You said it would be 3p by now - countless times (check your own history). How are all of your purchases for the sipp at 9p, 8p, 6p and so on; assuming you did actually buy any at 0.003p your average is probably over the breakeven now. If you didn't, more like 3p!

I think the ITM board have shouted him down and he's no longer posting on there.
