Get a rough idea on the scope or potential timeline, from potentially dead to now a funded, and focus the opportunity to get the plot done"

Make sure you let PE and the rest of the BOD know what you think after you've 'scoped' it out. Maybe they'll pay you for a site analysis and survey?

Protos is not a test site!! They have that in Bridgend. PHE have stated they do not plan on building a commercial test unit, so will be looking for a customer to fund this. Possibly this will be HUI in Longford!
