I agree with 15lives here. Classic can’t lose situation for the BOD. I wonder where the idea of 50m shares came from? Who suggested it, given every employee has been hand so many shares!!

Scooby, you’re invested, no doubt we’ll below 1p, so my point isn’t about you, it’s the fact PHE would exist if it wasn’t for those who have invested over the years and 10p a share is probably little of their investment. I think it’s important to recognise that!

People able to sell at 5p and make a 5 times their investment is great, just there was a lot of people on the way here that have lost a lot due to bad previous BOD’s

15lives - I believe that is the case on AIM as well? If so, they must have the backing of the Whites, which could be a positive sign?

I think you have to consider the people who bought in at 10p and well above; there'll be lots. This is a kick in the teeth for them.

As 15lives said, even a small increase and they’re laughing. If it goes up to 3p (which it will), Emmit has a £1.5m in shares. Might not seem a lot to some, but this isn't Tesco’s or Marks and Spencer.

The simplest option would have been to award sensible amounts of shares and not taken the pi ss.

IMHO, Emmit should have had 10m and the company secretary 240,000!!! I still can’t get over the 1.2m for a CS!!

The CS and non-exc-dir’s probably do about 15 hours a month for PHE – shares for the boys (& girls) unfortunately.

My point was......there's potential for the real LTHs, who have finance this company and it's dodgy boards for years, to get some of their original investment back. Nothing to do with you.

Scooby - lets hope it is just for motivation. Awful things can happen on AIM, as it's not properly regulated.

An example would be the SP being artificially increased via false promises, spun news, non-existent deals, contracts, sale pipelines, spun test results, additional finance agreements and so on. The directors then sell, assets are soon sold off (Engsolve) SP drops and the company goes under.

More than happy with share options, but these are an abuse of position and a massive slap in the face for the LTH that have financed this business and lost millions between themselves!!

If the SP hits .10p – which many think it will!!

Scooby, you've posted plenty of times stating it's not up to PHE to do the numbers and it's for the customers to work out.

Test is making the point that it's up to PHE to fully present all the facts, numbers and capabilities of the process for customers.

For me, this is why PHE is currently a trading / short hold share. If more shares are issued, it will decimate the SP and no one will be able to get out quick enough. So it's a buy and quick sell for me. If you're underwater, it's worth doing to get back part of your original investment.

Given test results are due to published within the next 4 to 5 months, is anyone clear what happens if they’re positive?

Test - do you know much about SAF from crops (Corn grain, Oil seeds, Cover crops etc) and how they compare with SAF from waste?

Not seen a lot in terms of comparisons and what is more effective, efficient, preferred. I guess one is a waste product the other has to be grown.
