Have you got anything that isn't 12 months old to support your ramping efforts? Could you post an update on all of those customers you mentioned earlier this morning?

Ro8K - it was mentioned at the time, as it does seem odd.

The only comment made was that HUI are not tied to PHE; so who knows. I did suggest it be raised at the AGM< but looks like it was a closed shop and now Q&A.

I agree Scooby, I assume he meant he speaks often, which is enough to have been able to update the AGM on progress. His last comment I’m aware of…'he didn't know why' it hadn't progressed - which seemed rather negative.

I think there is generally a lack of news on NH2, in all areas, including their attempts to raise capital. If they had successfully done this, it would have been announced and posted all over the place.

Their LinkedIn profile states they only employ 1 person, and I really find little bits of information like that odd/concerning

That said, I don’t think it matters if the deal doesn’t go ahead, as PHE don't have anything to sell / charge them for ATM. NH2’s press on the deal, confirms they’re interested in the 40-tonne units, which are a long way off.

Hi Scooby - I agree there's hundreds of potential reasons for a delay in completing a final agreement so money can change hands. I do think as PE states he 'speaks to NH2 everyday,' they could have given an update at the AGM on the delay / lack of order / progress. Everything is so ambiguous,

For me it's more aimed at promoting their Corporate and Commercial expertise and their Lawyers.

Given National Hydrogen's association with UHL, same directors, same website design, company address, no available history, no progress, all stock images off the web, no contracts and so on; I think you have to treat them with caution as well.

PHE must have done their due diligence and if they really are in contact everyday, why is there no news / update. Even if the update was a delay in signing a contract, at least investors would know it's still alive.

Again, why has no one asked this at the AGM or on the telegram group?

So many statements available about UHL, contradicting each other, the number of company's, access to a market worth XX, they own companies, they don't, different IPO locations, what they offer, dates for IPO and so on. All seems like smoke and mirrors.

Worryingly, UHL have a head count of 6 people, but claim to be worth Billions!

We know that castle, had a debate on it a while back when I originally said there was a seller causing the SP to drop. You were probably too busy posting pictures of clowns and accusing me of having multiple accounts.

We may never find out who the seller is and at present, whether they have finished.

Why shouldn't you have to buy in the open market, many others did and aren't banging on about it weeks later? If you hadn't got the amount of shares you wanted, you'd be complaining about that instead!

What are you suggesting with your comment about Peel Hunt? It was a fund raise, what price did you expect them to offer them at. Can you elaborated, as it sounds like an accusation of foul play?

You’ve now denied saying something I clearly remember you did (not having funds available) and Exciting has just proved that.

I bought in the open market because frankly it was easier and secondly I wanted to know how many shares I was getting, in case they were limited in the offer. I put in £15k and the cost was about £240 more than the offer, but it was done and dust straight away and no reduction.

I think you need to move on, as there’s plenty to look forward to over the coming 12 months. If you are so desperate for more shares, then you could have bought cheaply over the last few days at a very small premium, once your funds are in place!
