PHE do not have a working 2.5kg prototype working, let alone a 40 tonne version

Earliest switch on for the prototype is end of Q4

Testing - 2 to 3 months (completed start of Q2 2025)

No sales contract with NH2

No deposit paid by NH2

NH2 have not confirmed either way if they have raised any money

UHL have been looking to list for the last 2 years

Where are NH2 setting up the facility

Have they met the EIA requirements - Are the environmentals signed off on the site

This lease agreement is no different to leasing a car. You get the choice to (a) buy it at the end of the agreement (b) get an updated version (different, smaller, bigger, better cheaper) or (c) move on to something else.

Acciona have a long stand 2+ year relationship with AFC and are a key partner. To make light of this is just deramping muppetary!

A lease is a commercial and financial agreement, trials are provided free.

Should they get an upgrade, the older Acciona version will no doubt get re-leased via Speedy
