Did anyone hear anymore about the additional 10 or 12 kilns that were apparently ordered from the former UK supplier that went in to liquidation?

It's only a thought, but I wonder if they were potentially for HUL? I'd imagine a 2.5t kiln would be enough to power a greenhouse. They currently have 6 in operation, but said they were looking to double those to 12?

Can you confirm what checks NH have done, who did them and what they said?

As you seem to be confident, why do NH still only have a framework agreement with PHE (which means nothing), no full contract, no deposit paid and have not been able to raise funds?

In fact, on the whole he seems to have quite short tenures!

My money is still on HUI being the first customer, with a commercial unit in either Longford or North Macedonia.

News of that could see a very sharp increase in SP

The more I read about UHL the less credible they seem and I think that is born out in the fact they can’t get any traction for an IPO.

Aug 2023 - “UHL has revealed it’s three months into its listing process”

This means it’s now 16 months in to its listing process; so, a bit of a red flag!

If they have the funds they claim, they could have list 12 months ago.

Only a few of the Umbrella companies seem to be trading. All the individual websites for each business have adverts asking for investment, which screams desperation.

Assume the waste to energy relates to PHE, and we all know how far away from a commercial unit the company is, yet it gets talked about in articles and all across their site as if it's about to happen any moment.

The article doesn’t really answer any questions for me, I think they are just setting up businesses to cover every aspect of the hydrogen economy in the hope one of the businesses does a deal or gets invest to kick start it. Anyone doing due diligence on them would see it’s built on sand ATM.

Hi 15 - It’s interesting as I see United Hydrogen as a dormant company. I think they tried to raise money and failed, much like UHL haven’t got an IPO off the ground, but not for the want of trying.

We know from previous discussions, that a lot of companies associated with UHL have the same MD / CEO as UHL (Richard something), are all registered to the same address, all have the same website wireframe and all have the same type of company information - for example they’re world class, industry leading etc, etc.

All of the information posted about these companies are at some point rehashed and reposted with new dates. I’d love to see the accounts for some of these companies, as I have a feeling they are not doing anything except agreeing contracts with companies around the world with zero ability to fulfil anything.

Worth noting, NH2 claims they will have a W2E site up and running by 2025, that’s only 4 months away!!

Agree with you both, at least they should contribute something worthwhile rather than moaning.

I’ve always felt there’s something not right about UH2, as were others. There was a big debate about it and the fact only a few of the companies within the umbrella were actually trading, the rest look like shell companies!

The only option for a quick and cheap IPO, would be a reverse takeover of a suspended company that is already listed on a market. Probably the way to go, but will still take a long time to complete, so I still don’t see any orders coming from the loose agreement with NH2!

Test - I agree about aviation fuel, as that seems to be big news at the moment. I did post about a company a few weeks ago who are focusing on that also, although it was dismissed out of hand by Castle haha.

From what I know, the off take of gases etc, seems to be about the temperature and to a certain extend what is being recycled. But hopefully PHE will tell us more in the new year.
