GR will not say anything without an RNS. He knows this. Thats why he down played everything and thats why a lot of his answers were extremely vague. His not going to give grade figures or output figures... You should know this...

@speedymeadie to derisk- although prem is way more risky, kod is safe bet if you want barely any gains in the next year or 2. Kods location tho makes it risky too
