TBH I dont actually understand this enough to make an proper informed decision. Offer to buy shares at less than their current SP, then afterwards a 1:10 consolidation. Just cant quite get my mind around what I would actually have at the end of this and for what price.

Got the message via HL last night. Really bad timing as currently no spare cash in my ISA. I can only put in again at month end at payday but thats too late. So either I have to not take the offer up or sell something else which I dont want to do.

Nothing on my HL account either yet

At HL I get the below message. Its been like this since the beginning of the June. Anybody know anything about this and why it would not be available?

@Coolbeans44, I have been thinking along the same lines. From this my thinking is they are expecting good results to be published and a higher SP

The SP would have to increase dramatically for the 5% extra to be worth more than the dividend. At the current SP the div is around 7.5%

I have a question. Might be obvious to some of you but I dont know so please be nice :)

Can the company cancel a dividend that has already been announced? Eg the forthcoming dividend for DEC. Or is it set and fixed once announced?

Just checked and I cant get a quote on selling mine either. Not that I want to at the moment but thought would check if I had the same issue. Also with Hargreaves Lansdown.
