That Covid19 has happened right in the middle of Julian’s projected year/eighteen month turnaround plan.
However if he encounters delays and setbacks due to the virus I expect the market would react reasonably.
I’d love to see something positive happen to the share price that was totally generated from Superdry, I think the market craves it also, that’s why the share price is lagging.
Positive company news and belief will return.

Price falling

There’s a few things that trouble me.
Number one Julian Dunkerton is involved in the hotel business, in and around Cheltenham. He needs to sell it, and concentrate solely on Superdry.
I’ve seen it before, people make a lot of money and they start playing with it, it’s nearly like a form of showing off. He’s not making money in hotels, he’s spending it.
His wife Jade Cooper Holland is exceptional, very smart, knows her business and is very focused, if Julian sold the hotel business and taking a leaf out of Jades book and concentrated solely on Superdry the company and his wealth would recover and return to former glory.

One market heads up and Superdry’s share trading will click into place.

Need something to pull the share out of the doldrums.
Due to poor preference prior to the Covid19 situation plus various broker rerating the share is trading in a restricted mode. Last Friday it closed for the weekend at £1.16.6 and after a week of flat trading closed on Friday past at £1.18.0
1.4p better something positive needs to happen to awaken market trading.

German Institute for Economic Research reported that its Business Climate Index stood at 79.5 compared to 74.2 in the previous month. Also, German Economy Minister Peter Altmaier said he is planning to give €50,000 per month to small companies in the country.

The DAX rose 2.87% with Bayer AG growing by 7.77%. The CAC 40 increased by 2.05% as Airbus went up by 8.39%. FTSE 100, which closed on Friday at -0.37%, will not be opening this Monday due to the Spring Bank Holiday.

The euro stood flat against the dollar, selling for $1.08973 at 5:34 pm CET, while the pound jumped 0.28% to 1.21989 a minute later.
