the spread is still **** ,can someone explain why it would be so wide .
this company is soldiering on despite the pandemic .they are still constructing and selling house ,they build a very good house which helps ,they have huge land bank .and minimal debt ,why their price is so low is the head scratcher possibly because they only floated just under 4 years ago .and they are still quite small company in terms of the likes of Barretts and some of the big private house builder in south of England .But their share price is just about back at the pre pandemic level of last february . so possible time to jump in ,
Think I will put small punt into 88 ,tho know nothing about them other than they are in with rmp ,and they are not far off their all time low ,so hope they can only go up from now on ,but that early happens ,
Should we be buying a slice of both ,im already heavy into rmp
does anyone remember how high the share price reached .im sure it got over 50p about 4 or five years ago ..i also have a good bit of money in here and had written it off ,so am i silly to hope to break even some time soon ,i paid over 20 p a share
anyone any ideas of what should be future growth rate for this company .i think it could be a good long term buy as they pay dividends and share price is growing very slowly but steadily .,but im still not sure about them .
do fevr pay any divs yet
had to laugh ..glory days ,they were at 90p ,,when i first bought them ,have watched them drop back to 20p then up again to 60p ,but never threaten the "glory days "
will this company come to life or just die and disappear .been here a long time and got a lot of money sunk here ,so i def want something positive to come around
every body that got sucked into desire buy hearing stories down in the pub by their friends of someone who invested a few hundred and walked away with thousands ,can now nurse their losses back and maybe see some return in the future but it wont be tomorrow thats for sure ,but just accept what you have lost and wait ,
is that this company going pear shaped too .rhps .top tip .
iv held these for 5 months and only ever watched price go down since i bought in ,whats happened to make them rise ,
yes they are tipped as a sell ,but so was rrl at 9p by rhps and it ended up at 25p and even having fell back to 17p it has still buyers chasing it upward,so being tipped as a sell its not taken that its finished and on way to liquidation ,it is a company that could set itself up for buyout by one of the big players and thats what us investors should hope for
another share that is down in the doldrums vmp which has everyone biting off thier fingernails waiting for news its fell away to .75 and looks very tempting for the gamblers out there because any news of a contract will have it shooting through the roof ,so if you are looking for a small gamble its worth looking at
its def not a steal if you want a steal buy max petrol but thats another story .no its a gamble and unlike oil share where a strike puts the price up by double or threefold overnight this share will be doing well if it goes up by 10% on news so dont plan your retirement based on the purchase of this share ,i do hold them too bought at end of november at 1.45 but only £400 and thats all i will be putting in ,but will leave it there and see where it goes ,but no id not advise throwing more money at it ,but its you choice do your own deciding and research ,but im in twenty other companies and have got a few good owns and some not so good but thats the game ,all the best
think it will be long summer waiting for this price to show some movement ,been 4 months since it was tipped by rhp and that was the only time the price took a spike so unless they come out with some hot news we are sitting at this level for long time yet ,
article in mail today about social websites like facebook floating and starting a stampede to buy into them ,wheres the stampede towards socialgo ,could do with price movement ,up of course
