There's actually no telling where the SP may be at year end.
Best case scenario is the 3 trials are underway and a deal has been made on Covidity phase2/3 trial. Who knows where the SP will be if this happens. Strange things happen to small bio shares when trials are underway.
Knowlesi is correct on the importance of the Modi1 trial or possibly 4 trials but it is difficult to determine what will be the main driver of the SP by year end.

IMO, if the 3 trials start this this year it makes Scancell a momentum share in 2022 with data due and more trials in the offing (Modi2 and SCIB2)

I stress best case scenario.

Scancell are in a very exciting period. Well we've heard that before.

But there are big differences for this latest pivotal year

a) Scancell have lots more cash and don't need to be thinking about their next fund raise
b) Covid19 has brought attention to both Immunobody and Avidimab (nobody would have predicted that Scancell would be singled out on a CEPI blog at this time last year)
c) As time goes by, the pipeline gets longer. Scancell now have the luxury of postponing deals in Glycans/Avidimab until further value is added through extra research

Obviously Covidity success will accelerate everything along and it will also greatly increase the scope of what Scancell are capable of doing.

For Covidity to be successful it needs to be better than 1st generation vaccines. Sally has already stated that. So it is probably curtains if it doesn't get over that hurdle.

What I am saying in addition is that it could be one of the 2nd generation vaccines front runners.

This is because of:

a) Targeting the N protein (obviously others are doing this too)
b) But the real edge may come with Immunobody/Avidimab giving T Cells with higher numbers and higher avidity

the high avidity T Cells and the strong clonal expansion.

So the South African variant may cause problems. It explains why the UK gov were so keen to track down the missing person with the positive test.
There will obviously be more variants discovered over time so this will be an ongoing problem, especially since presumably more countries will be performing the sequencing work to detect the new variants.

Scancell possibly provides a solution to be effective against all variants.
Of course, other companies are working along the same lines.
However, how many platforms will produce the potent T Cells as Immunobody/Avidimab does?

The above link reports the halting of a trial for a combination of Keytruda and Yervoy
against NSCLC. The side effecta were worse than Keytruda only trials and the results were no better. We have seen before that combination trials with 2 CIs do not seem to work that well in terms of either no marked increase in efficacy and/or increased severity of side effects.
What it obviously shows is that Merck are still searching for a combination therapy to add to their hugely successful Keytruda.
What this means to Scancell is with the upcoming Scib1/Keytruda trial and also the Covidity trial soon to start Immunobody will quite possibly be in the spotlight in 2 very important trials taking place simultaneously.
It could be that the Sky guy could be buying a house in Nottingham :-)

The 3 conjugates have been manufactured for Modi1 and the hydrophobic problems have been overcome. The final assembly remains but from memory Scancell have booked a manufacturing slot for this.

When you're as big as Biontech and an MNRA cancer trials fails (as it did recently) the PR springs into action with the story that the trial has taught Biontech researchers more about MNRA and cancer, "we'll be closer next time" is the message.
