It could be long term dissatisfaction with his performance or it could be a more recent event. Perhaps Redmile and/or Vulpes had a hand in this.
In one respect it is totally logical for Lindy to be in charge or her own pipeline, but it may be they are already looking for a more permanent successor in order that once again Lindy can concentrate on the science.

I simply cannot understand the view of trying to rein in Lindy's talent for making new discoveries. It gives Scancell multiple shots on goal that they simply wouldn't have if they had put all their eggs in one basket. In any case I would guess that Lindy would be dead against such an approach.
When you have a scientist of Lindy's calibre you simply have to let her go where the science takes her. She doesn't demand expenditure on expensive equipment but instead manages to borrow resources from her University and also gets research on the cheap by commissioning University PhD programs.

But who could have predicted that it took so long for the FDA to approve the Ichor device?

I do agree though that the management of the company does not match the calibre of the science. Scancell is way behind getting the data that the multiple scientific breakthroughs promise.
It was the potential size of the IP that attracted investment from Vulpes and Redmile having completed scientific due diligence. So the approach of not putting a break on the research has attracted a good level of funding and put Scancell in a great position to finally start accumulating that all important trial data.

Well, looking ahead to the next 6 months, we know
a) the extra chrome and PGM capacity will apply to a full 6 month period
b) the copper production is being ramped up and will become much more significant
c) the Cyprus goat plans will be clearer with perhaps a start to construction
d) any Eastern limb developments with become clear
e) further future project plans announced?

I agree that the absolute focus of the development team is to get the 3 trials going and produce some data.
But how is increasing the IP a problem?

As I recall, they did not RNS the original SCIB1 combo trial submission (i.e. the US one).
The actual submission is probably not considered to be RNSable whereas the approval is.
I suppose it is like the difference between taking an exam and passing it.

I would imagine that some pharmas are looking more closely at mNRA vaccines for cancer following the success of the Biontech and Moderna Covid19 vaccines.
But didn't the Moderna CEO state that they were 10 years away from an effective vaccine?

This does not say that the trial will start in H1, only that the submission was planned for H1 which they may not have deemed suitable to RNS.

This bodes well for Scancell's approach (at least for Syrian hamsters LOL)

1) Targeting the N protein in addition to the S protein
2) Using a platform that is already proven to activate T Cells in large numbers and with high avidity
3) The addition of Avidimab to further enhance avidity
4) Generates high titer antibodies
5) A novel delivery method which hopefully is at least as successful as electoporation
6) vaccine applied needle-free.

But back to Covidity. It may not have to adapt since the targeting of the well-conserved N protein may be enough to kill the virus effected cells.
