On the same page there are links to different ethics committees. We don't know for sure but it seems likely that it is the Cape Town University ethics committee's approval that is relevant to the Covidity trial

I too was puzzled a bit by the Biontech collaboration.
Perhaps the idea is to treat patients that Moditope vaccines have little or no effect due to an immune desert.

One theory about CH's departure would be around Lindy's confidence in her science and her refusal to accept low ball deals once the Redmile cash appeared.

Now we are actually on the verge of 3 important trials, any one of which could be a game changer.
So data did not have a marked effect in 2012 because of the previous price action on the Moditope announcement.

The Moditope announcement in 2012 sent the SP soaring and far too high. The BOD acknowledged this I seem to remember.
2012 was a funny year SP wise with great excitement about the Moditope announcement and subsequently little effect when SCIB1 initial data were announced.
