Sain, surely you know the difference between value investor and trader? As long CWD don’t go bankrupt, in 5 to 10 years, it will make a fortune.
Sain, what’s your point?
Jade, what is the share price of CWD have to go up to for Sain/his other Id uncle to apologise for being so negative about CWD?
Sain, why do I get a feeling, in general you are quite pessimistic, aren’t you?
Sain, someone just bought 10,000,000 share today! How do you explain this?
Hi All,
What trigger share price increase what decrease? I assumed simple supply and demand! If more people buying share, price would increase and vice versa. However, I have been noticing CWD more people buying shares, than why is price going down when there is no update from company or bad result at the moment?
Oak tree and other major share holder CWD have expert analyst right? If they thought CWD future gloomy, wouldn’t they advise them to sell share of CWD and wait to buy at burgain price of 1pence or something?
Sain, do you honestly think Ook tree financial would let CWD go under and loose their money?
This doesn’t mean anything! All I would say, watch the space!! And regret not buying some CWD share!!
I wonder if Sain and uncle are the same person!!!
I have a feeling SP will hit at least 10p today!
The major share holder Ooak Tree, holding on, surely, that’s a positive sign! Your thought Sain?
Sold my 196000 share at a price of 5.50, bought them at price of 3.42! I plan to buy them again when share price go down to 5p or below again! Not sure if it’s right strategy
What price do you think it will recover to, by when and why do you think that?
Thanks Sain, I think that’s fair point you make. My thought was exactly that! Unlikely it will go under so that leaves two potential outcome slow recovery or someone buying the company and selling part by part etc. I would like to think these two potential outcome means share price reach to 30p plus? May I have your thought these Sain?
Sain, do you foresee CWD going under? Recovering slowly or being bought over? What’s your prediction?
Dear Sain, although I agree Countrywide need to adapt massively to survive in long term. I doubt it will, because the costs is too much. However, do you agree current share price is massively under valued and it still could be a good ride for awhile?
I predict CWD share price to be 15-20 pence with in couple of months...and perhaps a substantial recovery in a year time!
Although CWD is an old fashioned company and need to adapt urgently but it’s massively under valued at the moment! Lot of estate agency branches have too large premises and has empty room upstairs etc, also need to close loads of branches and have a bigger hub centres and covering larger geographical area and have listers and negotiator working remotely, like Foxton. CWD has a lot of profitable components and lot of those brands has good Will etc. More importantly Ooktree(the major shareholder) is part of the biggest venture capitalists in the world and I don’t think they will allow this company to go bankrupt. They have too much to lose! It would make sense for them to buy the company and sell part by part (that’s what they specialise) That means either the company will be bought by someone and sold it’s various parts or long term it will recover to an extent! I for see the share price to go up to at least over a pound at some point, may take up to 3/4 years. I have 196000 shares and brother over 160,000 shares, none of plan to sell this until it reached to a pound at least! In long term the company need to adapt and modernise to survive
