Looks like a little shake this morning and a few sellers taking advantage of price strength. I can't blame them, liquidity has been pretty poor and you have to take your chances when they come. My highest cost trade was 13.40 so good to see that being overtaken yesterday, its been a long time. I am averaged in at around 11 and will look to take any opportunities to add in the 12s. Despite the grim short term outlook for PMs, Pd has a way to go and I think that mgmt have some aces up their sleeve which will be revealed some time in Q1 next year

The driver of the potential acquisition is the synergies from combining the digital businesses and running on one IT platform. They are making some big claims about EPS accretion in year 1 but mgmt have delivered on all their promises over the years with an amazing run of cash returns and outperforming on promised synergies time and again. This deal would leave them knocking on the door of the 100 (long way from AIM) with a huge global footprint and marketing budget that must be making their competitors very nervous. I dont like the high street stores but I cant imagine GVC are willing to pay much for them, they are a digital business and would probably sell them or close them down if the FOBT goes to "2p

Right now you would be betting against pretty negative sentiment going long Pt, despite the global fundamentals, which I support by being a LTH holder of SLP

The 500k and 200k buyer has been active again today and is providing a floor. So it seems the buyer is not you Shareminator. Can sell 200,000 at 13.6 so demand is there, despite Pt being crushed by falling diesel sales over the last few days

The sale is FOB and should hit the bank within the next week. Will be good to see what the product is worth on a separated basis but for now I'm guessing it will be provisionally priced until TK can process and sell it. I think RBW could probably use the cash, I can't imagine there will be much left by March without any revenue coming in

Basket took some punishment today, although better than the rest of the metals. Good to see some largeish buys going through, there seems to be a 200k and 500k buyer mopping up over the last few weeks. I do hope they are buying back some shares good use of cash at these levels. Only costs them GBP3.9m to buy 10%, bargain

Thanks for bringing some sense back to this board Rivaldo. I think by year end net debt/ EBITDA will be sub 1 even with the payment of deferred consideration in cash. However, they have �12m acquisition facility so wouldn't be surprised to see debt rocket in the next year. I wish I had bought in 2013, If I had I would be sitting on a 5 bagger and being paid a dividend 4 times larger

Good question. When the Mcap was the same as the cash balance we all knew that it was undervalued. But now it seems that the market attributes some value to some of the assets. What's the business worth? Tough to value the retail side given the dependence on the console cycle. Tough to value events given small size and strong competition, but explosive growth and potentially huge market

To think that this small amount of concentrate could be worth $250k (based on the $10k/tonne quoted in the most recent presentation). If RBW can deliver 2,000+ tonnes in year 1 that is a lot of money for a junior miner. Really looking forward to finding out what the final sale value and unit cost turns out to be, without the need for drill and blast or processing, costs must be extremely low once volume ramps up. Everything about this deposit is quite remarkable: the short turnaround in getting the first shipment out, the extremely high grades and low capital costs, a reputable international partner and perfect timing as interest over rare earths and prices peak. I'm sure mgmt are looking forward to that first payment, it will be a fantastic Christmas present if it comes in time

Agreed about the risks of PMs however don't forget that over 1/3 of revenue is from palladium and rhodium, which are industrial metals

Hi Visitor. By my calculations SLP could afford to pay $5m pa in shareholder returns under even a very distressed PGM price scenario. Hopefully by interim results we find out what they are going to do with that growing cash pile, how the Echo commissioning has gone and how Phoenix is progressing. Should be a storming quarter with production at a record and basket at multi year highs. Until then may the good news keep rolling in

Good to see the gradual rise continue and firm buying support. When Game came back onto the market in 2014 it was worth �340m at �2.40. It actually went over �3 at one point (with EBITDA of �50m). Then the bottom fell out and here we are at 57p. Not sure if it will ever get back to those levels but I don't see any reason why this couldn't be �1 by the end of next year. Most of the research I've read indicates this is a long term recovery play but with improvement from retail and reinvesting the Digital proceeds into ramping up Belong, return to profit may take place sooner.

Yes its pretty quiet here, probably since the SP hasn't moved much for a while and there's no easy money to be made. The future looks bright with some nice expansions, company changing growth prospects and one of the lowest EV/reserves of the industry supported by an industry leading dividend but I'm a little uncertainty around how it will all be financed and how this will impact the dividend

Its been impossible to buy any shares below 13p for the last week. Not many sellers about. supporting gradual rise even in the absence of news. Palladium up 2% today, and Pt around $950. If these prices hold until the results announcement we are in business.

Market cap 80m, cash in the bank must be around 60m. A nice 200k buy at 47p this morning, I think we are hitting 50p soon. I wonder what happened to that poster a while back who said this was going to 30p?

If a loss making business with �4.5m in revenue can be worth �19m it says a lot about the what the rest of the business could be worth. I'm very impressed that GMD mgmt have delivered on their promise to realise value from this business relatively quickly and am now in danger of becoming this company's biggest ramper. Makes the 20% share price movement over the last 1-2 weeks and big volume yesterday seem a tad suspicious...

Annual report out, a lot of stuff going on in there. Overall 2017 was a year best to forget for Game, its all about the next few years now and translating the growing multi channel strategy into multi channel revenue
