With the movement in shares I would say we are 50/50 probability of the deal going through. Will always maintain that no deal is better than even a mediocre deal so if it doesn’t it’s for the right reasons. We want to cherry pick purchases, look at Semnet and if Easysend isn’t a cherry we move onwards and upwards.

It's only Kat and Marthur that have their panties in a twist over the current share price. I think I can speak on behalf of the vast majority of long term holders that 1.6 looks a lot better than where we were sat Autumn last year. Yes we would rather 3p but we know the fundamentals of the company haven't changed (actually improved) and are happy to either sit back and let our investment ripen and top up if funds allow.

They could have left Bake as a stand alone within GST however their plans are for a integration between the two.
