There was a pertinent question raised on this bb and it got an answer. Some people are of the view that quality comes at a price in various fields. If others disagree then that's their prerogative but there is really no need to labour the point and make out that nobody answered the question and try to imply that you have personal knowledge of a product and claim to know it to be superior to alternatives and speak of some newspaper article without even providing a link as the basis of a fuller discussion. By all means support supermarket shares if you want to but they are not for me at the moment. If you think the treatment ordinary punters are getting at the moment for expressing their honest viewpoint on the tesco and morrison bbs is fine then I don't. Sorry we'll have to disagree if that's the case. A constant stream of buy recommendations on the morrison and tesco bb and defensive statements on the tesco bb when the shares are in the doldrums and have been for a while is indefensible. I don't start any unpleasantness on these bbs but I certainly will give as good as I get. You witnessed that with hughsie on the fres bb. The guys on here aren't ramming buy recommendations down people's throats day in day out and calling other posters, inter alia, childish and saying they add nothing to the bbs etc. etc. and this is a good natured bb on the whole. I've already been followed from bb to bb by another poster on the lse who had no interest in the shares in question - just me- not a pleasant experience! Enjoy the rest of your break. PS I at least have an interest in retail shares and do hold one retail at the current time but I suspect opium's reason for being here is more about rbrand and I posting here than any genuine interest in cup.
