Not really here to talk about the above as they can speak for themselves but just here to mention the Snowman theme for this Christmas. Don't have a tht in branch in Kilmarnock or Irvine now but I have been able to pick up a big giant white tht snowman in my local Co-op and tht smowmen white lollies in a very small local shop so, as far, as I'm aware, that's at least 4 shops in my small town which are stocking tht products now including R. S. McColl. It's not the usual tht snowman, but Raymond Briggs snowman to mark 30 years on from the first screening of the animated film. Good on you tht - a very endearing little character and please give the girl in the Silverburn branch (small dark hair) the promotion she deserves as she even put a SMILE on my father-in-law's face which is a very hard thing to do. She asked me to go on-line to win some money for completing the customer satisfaction survey on my shopping experience but I thought I'd broadcast it more publicly. She's not a relative of mine either.
Don't usually like to think about Christmas until Hallow'een is past and like the pumpkin and skeleton lollies etc. to get pride of place till then but M & S's Advent calendars (including their Snowman one) just looked insipid compared to the tht one and particularly liked the selection pack with the mini Snowman attached. Really hope it's a winner but will my choc snowmen last till Christmas. What do you think? Greetings from Scotland to all and hope you have a phenomenal Christmas http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wMs5bUkjO0
