Last year results were announced on July 22nd. Should be about the same time this year. Will the ceo. Decide that “This is the appropriate time” to report some news remains to be seen

Last year the preliminary results for the year to 31 March were announced in July. Poor show. Will our new CEO be a bit more prompt this year. She has all the figures and could announce them now. Is Dr Holland looking for more new co crystals to add to the present collection or is she engaged in other work?

Reading that Proactive piece, which is mostly a repeat of old news made me think, why has this been published today? Is it a defensive move because Nfx is under attack, or is it to boost the company as it has plans of it’s own. It seems pretty certain that something is going on judging by the share dealing. Any ideas anyone

Soup, I can’t find the reference. I am sure I read that they were looking at several nebulisers and a an announcement would de made “at the end of the next quarter” which was December. Does anyone else remember that notice?

The then chairman had indicated that they were looking at nebulisers and one would likely chosen by December. There was no mentioned in the half year report which was my main reason for my disappointment with it.

Agreed. Also I hope we don’t have to wait 3 months until the end of June for the annual results, after the year end on 31 March. There is no excuse for such dilatory behaviour.

The next RNS from the new CEO will be very important for her future reputation. The half yearly report in December from the Chairman was a pretty awful non-event. She will have to give us some real news, good or bad, we need to be

Looking at the level of sales on a day like today, the vendetta continues.

Is due this month, probably within the next two weeks. We are due several bits of real news, hope we get them. It will be more than disappointing if all we get is talk about the “New directors” and how they are bedding in well.
I do hope Joanne Holland is happy, it would be good to get a few words from her in the report.

Last year the half yearly report was announced on the 24 December, many forecasts were never met. Hopefully, this year they will announce a few weeks sooner. A very small company so no reason why not. I am not hopeful of any announcement before the report. I will however be very disappointed if this report is jus more bland word. We need news of achievements and prospects. For instance have they decided on a nebuliser yet. Personally I woul like to see a couple of paragraphs from Joanne giving us so details of her work in progress. I think she would be honest.

CB’s Proactive interview was strange. Firstly he chose a bare cell wall as a backdrop the told his interviewer how the interview would be conducted. Then we got some bland talk, similar to Dan’s but without any “Tranformational” comments. I wonder if he is having any problem attracting a new ceo and non- exec directors of sufficient calibre. Hopefully he can encourage them with good information and prospects, which is more than he gives us.

There seems to have been a certain vindictiveness with recent selling. Keep the price down at all costs. If sellers had held off till say Monday it is likely they would have got a much better price. The selling has been quite relentless recently. Do they know something that we don’t, or is it something else?
