I think everyone can see this and are wondering what is happening. As I said before, I can't see how they would get the Gibraltar contract unless they had shown they had a secure cash position for the foreseeable future. Especially as the award came 2 weeks after the Carillion collapse.

I would be very worried about the capability of the management team if they are trying to get approval on CCP-08 which had exactly the same issues as CCP-07, which hasn't been approved yet.
