The wellhead installation is almost complete, and the sentence “surface pressure readings and flow testing” confirms that on-site tests will soon give us an early indication of the well’s performance. While we’re eagerly awaiting the results from the lab to confirm the exact helium and CO2 concentrations, these initial tests will provide valuable insight into the potential of the well. Jackson 31 has hit total depth, and the results are flowing - literally! Gas has been confirmed, the reservoir is communicating beautifully, and a solid 57 feet of high-quality gas-saturated Lyons Sandstone has been encountered. No water - Even better. With gas samples now heading to the lab for helium analysis and flow testing on the horizon, things are shaping up exactly as planned.

Once Total Depth is reached, it wouldn’t hurt to check the satellite imagery over the weekend to see what’s unfolding on-site. There could be increased activity, as the team moves into well logging, testing, and preparing the site for the next steps.
