Asian markets went south overnight. Old Lady of Thread Needle Street lowered rates just like my Dog over heard a few days back. So, probably a mixed bag today plus Budget from the Budget Poodle since the Treasury has had it's wings clipped.

There's been an improvement in the fear & greed index. We now stand at 6. Yesterday we were at 3.

Yes but what it shows is that governments taking emergency action can prevent the rate of infections. It will all boil down to how competent a government is . If the government can't get a grip it won't be long before they lock you indoors..

Obviously missed the China data today which shows that the rate of infections has turned lower and has been curbed in Wuhan and Hubei.

Think if you read between the lines on the recent RNS it's highly indicative that a farm in is very likely. otherwise why mention it at this stage....

I should have bought yesterday but was preoccupied with ancillary stuff but I topped up on some blue chips I hold. Was thinking of BPC but decided the blue chips were getting as cheap as chips.

All that cash that's left the markets from oil, metals, stocks, bonds isn't going to end up under the mattress unless someone prefers cash to mattresses to sleep on. lol

Before the loo rolls became popular there use to be a time that only the nobility could use newspapers which where cut to appropriate size. Now that loo rolls have left supermarkets empty I'm sure that some tech will see a gap in the market and design an App just to be disruptive. I'm sure Mr W. Buffett will take a keen interest. This of course being the outcome should BPC discover oil in abundance rather than burried loo rolls.

But when all is said and done Mr W Buffett predicted recently a massive correction and has held cash just before liquidating some of his holdings. The Guru must now be splashing money all over the place by thr bucket load.

I don't see BPC halting the drill. If they do we can all send them loo rolls in the post. It might massively improve the NAV.
