Pointless even worrying about what RNS's will come to inform us of developments as the SP action has no relation to this. Sentiment, market mechanics, MM's trading strength all dictate the SP rather than what's happening on the ground. The trolls know this, hence their presence here. It's the same on just about every BB which are full of honest investors nonplussed as to why their company is making massive strides but it has no impact on the SP. Matd is now in the best position it has ever been in, by any metric, but the SP is hardly beginning to recover.

I've wondered that also. Can we pump oil and transport through the winter once everything is in place? I know that drilling has to be suspended over the winter. Is that why MB is so keen to get wells onstream before the winter as the nodding donkeys aren't weather reliant? Will we then be able to store it when it is too difficult for tankers to access the site? Genuine questions if there is anyone with technical knowledge out there.

Just for balance and in the interests of board harmony, I've just 'liked' your last post, Doc. I do think that is a big deal.

As someone who was taken in by Millholland's endless promises of jam tomorrow over at COPL, I can only say that CEO's will 'bend' the truth to fit their narrative. And don't forget COPL went bust while it was producing 30K barrels a month in the most oil-friendly state in America. I've criticised Mike Buck, as we all have, but it is no mean achievement to get MATD to this point in a place like Mongolia and in a relatively clean position in terms of finance and with a relatively manageable number of shares. A long, long way to go but generating a bit of income must help things along.

Agree Jojoba, but the oil sector seems particuarly vulnerable to conmen and dodgy financing simply because the costs to get things up and running are so high. Matd, for example, has had to spend millions and millions of dollars to get to the point of generating income now.

Btw just to reiterate, I really do think the small-cap Aim oiler sector is done and very difficult to make money in. I'm sure many would agree with that. Matd will be my last investment in this sector as it is just full of conmen, dodgy finance deals and all-powerful MM's who have all the cards now, and an exposure to global geopolitics. The little shareholder is swimming in a sea of sharks really. I've been in and out of MATD longer than most and now hold here as I think the company finally has a chance of making it.

FWIW the share price action over the last couple of months, when the news has been consistently positive but the Sp has trended downwards until the last week or so, absolutely reinforces my beleif that this sector is not one to invest in again.

Glad you are trawling through my old posts where, like many others, I express my frustration with raises, MM manipulation especially in the small- cap oil sector which is like a minefield. Just for the record I have never been a trader as, guess what, I have a life and simply cannot sit in front of a computer all day, hence the long gaps in my posting history which you will have seen during your trawl. I'm pretty sure most traders need to be on it all day every day. Actually looking at your posting history too, you do actually post all day every day, as a trader would.

But what about the sells Doc? Any multiple 250K sells you need to point out to us?

Come on Doc, stop with the pathetic attempts to divert attention away from your dishonest position-posting. Re sources, surely even you know that nobody ever divulges their sources of information unless the source expressly gives them permission to do so. Come on. that's basic. Always a good sign when little companies start regularly posting their progress on social media. So often they tend to hide so as not to draw attention. For me that speaks of increasing confidence from the company. Weather looks great there too, so no metereological demons for a while hopefully.

Why do you only post on Matd Mongol? Why would anyone only post on a company they don't rate? Weird. Shouldn't you also be posting on companies you are actually invested in? You're a strange one. Bitter maybe?

Just a heads-up to honest posters on this board - be very wary of the poster Stas20 as gthey are a highly manipulative and aggressive position-posting trader ie their posts always reflect whether they are in or out of a stock. Anything they post therefore has little relation to the truth of a company's position. If they're out they will attack any news released by the company to put a negative spin on it in order to sow doubt, even if any news is very positive. I've seen this MO on multiple other boards. Just a warning to be careful with this poster.

That's a pretty lame attempt to divert attention away from your own posting Doc. Can you update us on all the sells this morning please - you haven't done so for a couple of minutes at least. Like I said, you're a position poster and a pretty unsubtle one at that.

Lovely to know that the company will finally be generating income this year, after all these years of waiting. Of course, traders like Doc will spend their day giving us a running commentary on the sells (don't recall Doc ever giving a running commentary on the buys - strange that!!), as they need to kill sentiment to ensure as low an entry as possible. But their days are numbered, as we all know. The company is now in a great position to move on to beomce a proper oil producer with income increasing exponentially as wells come online. Heron alone is enough to be transformational, Gobi is a better bet now but not essential for the company to move forward. Ignore the traders and their self-serving commentaries as they can't disguise the facts - Petro Matd will soon be generating income for the first time in its history and position posters like Doc just can't argue with that.

Btw in the last RNS MB made a point about weather-related logistical issues at H2, which hindered progress a bit. I take that as a positive as look what the boys at the well could do despite the inclement weather...they brought it in days and days quicker that expected! If the weather has improved (look at the FB pics!), then they should really be flying.

RNS for Gobi? PC agreement? H2 flow? JV? Construction permit? Buyout?!?!/H1 pumping? Well, Mike Buck did use the word 'momentum' in his last message.
