For me, 'export' implies 'sell'. If not, what's in ot for PC to do anything whilst waiting for the sign-off? Why would PC be agreeing to anything part of the process if the signing off from HQ was a sticking point? And if they can get as far as the export stage without the sign-off, then what would be the barrier to selling ? Are you implying that we would just be giving to PC to do what they want with it? Btw there is clearly an agreement in place with PC, signed andf sealed exactly as I said. The admin fee for the deal is the negotiated charge for the deal being made. There has to an agreement in place as it would be pointless starting production without one. The agreement is with local PetroChina officials and is done. That's my view as being an investor I tend to look at things in a glass half full way, which is normal in my view. If i had the doubts to the degree you have them Adw198, to the extent that you have hammered away at the same point over dozens of posts, then I would definitely sell. But there again we both know that you're an honest shareholder, don't we. This is a small-cap penny share oiler here, so I expect there to be a degree of risk and accept it. No genuine investor at this end of the market would be as obsessed as you are with hammering away at every possible negative interpretation of company statements without an ulterior agenda. Stop with the dishonesty and just state the truth that you, with others, have a tactic of trying to kill positive sentiment in this share to suit your trading position. Unfortunately these small cap oilers are, for obvious reasons, easy pickings for the unscrupulous like Ad198 as they are high risk.
