That's what I liked about the RNS - the upside at H1 could be beyond expectations. New wells are not plug and play, they need nurturing and being careful with. I said earlier in the week that H1 should ensure the company's financial viability going forward, and I stand by that even more now. Sure, there are risks and problems to overcome but if you think these problems can't be overcome then sell. I'm holding and buying.

To be fair, so few of these little startup oilers never get to the production stage so that is an achievement in itself. Buck stepping down would mean we go back to zero in terms of working relationships with the Mongolians, the Chinese etc. The fact that our neighbours in block 19 have helped us with storage tanks, storing our product etc suggests to me that Buck is working well them. We can't afford to lose all that at this stage. Once things are fuly up and running then maybe. But not now.
