Stefan Bernstein explains how the EU/Greenland critical raw materials partnership benefits GreenRoc. Watch the full video here.
Shouldn't we have had some results by now?
Hydrogen-powered road trains are available now.
I think the decline will reach the top of the ore body at the end of May.
There's a lot to do after that but it is good that the decline construction seems to have accelerated.
Q
Newcrest's presentatation today says the decline has reached 1,800m.
Not far now.
Q
Does anyone know what E45/6366 relates to? It's a pending tenement that overlays the active Scallywag tenement. It's visible on Geoview. I haven't time to find out more about it myself now.
Q
In my opinion Newcrest have chosen not to buy the 5% in order to give GGP a funding problem which Newcrest feel will make GGP easier to buy. I think it makes it clear that Newcrest's intention is a complete buyout, and probably sooner rather than later.
Q
Equipment is visible on today's satellite image of Black Hills / Scallywag. All is well.
Q
There are at least five more pads prepared at Scallywag visible on today's satellite.
Q
The dog legs in the satellite images were discussed on Twitter. I don't think there was a certain answer but I thought they were where the grader had been turned out of the road to help with drainage or get rid of excess material.
Q
Thanks Bamps and Strudel.
My eye is also on the route of the infrastructure corridor, but nothing seems to have happened there yet.
Q
My feeling is that only when the whole process is complete will anything be announced: "Newcrest have bought the 5% for X."
Q
That's what I thought. Interesting times.
Q
If nobody wishes to discuss the work at Black Hills and Scallywag, how about this: when the 5% is agreed, who will announce it first - GGP or Newcrest?
Q
Well, it looks as though almost nobody has anything to say about the work going on at Black Hills and Scallywag.
I am excited about it, at any rate.
Q
The useful stuff always gets buried in rubbish these days. Never mind - every day we're nearer the gold.
Q
Today's satellite reveals drill pads prepared at Black Hills and just over the border in Scallywag.
Q
The Jules Verne.
Because Havieron goes to the centre of the Earth and hopefully the share price will rocket to the Moon.
Q
Have a look at Black Hills, too. There's been something at the camp since at least 25.04.2022. SD said (in an interview?) that the camp at Black Hills was being reestablished, so I suppose it's that.
I really miss the radar.
Q
I looked back at one of Newcrest's earlier presentations and the same phrase was there, too. It just means that the presentation isn't announcing anything that hasn't previously been announced by them. It's awkwardly-phrased given Greatland have announced their own figures, but I don't think it's anything to worry about.
Q
SD did say that he thought the 5% would be resolved in months rather than years. I think he said it in one of his video interviews.
