Really, there is no need for them to copy it we've handed 15% of the planet's population over to them for peanuts. Outside of China, we are covered with the patent. They wouldn't be able to distribute it without being bogged down with court cases. Also. They have had the compound for years, why to go to the trouble of making a fuss about a deal when if they could copy it, they already would have. I do have concerns around dealing with the Chinese but that's more around geopolitical aspects. Will the western world buy cancer treatments from the Chinese.

We must be or have been in takeover talks for a while and remember when Parker mentioned the takeover panel? I'm hoping we haven't got a deal yet because we've given our price and no one met it yet. Tim and John could be millionaires with just 3p. The NED's will need 60p or more last time I looked at their holdings. It's in their interest to get a much bigger deal.

I sort of agree with Statch but it's a moot point. SAR will not receive any royalties from sales within China and our patent will stop them from being able to sell anything outside of China. The end result will be a compound shown to cure 10 out 10 mice having no barriers to test in humans.

On the NEDs. I was always under the impression that they are on board not only to help broker a deal but to give us legal protection from low ball takeovers. A takeover or buyout offer is made to the board and they recommended that we, the shareholders, vote to accept the offer. Tim and John are in no position to make that recommendation. They are a necessary regulatory expense for our own protection.

I said the other week. I hope a line has been drawn around 20p, no less. And that's for an early buyout. If we had 4 compounds in trials and going well. We'll be close to 10p anyway and I'd expect any buyout to be around 40p.

Got to be Covid grant news and plans. It the only 'news' we are waiting for that isn't price sensitive i.e we already know we have the grant. That should be baked into the SP. Would still be good to know what is happening and timescales though.

Well, I have been here for 10 years and I spent some of that time underwater but also SAR has been good to over the years. Done a fair bit of minor top skimming and buying the dips. Took £5k out at around 2.9p the other week. We are nowhere near the binary choice of win\lose. I'm here until that point whatever the SP is.

The Covid research is valid research but it may not have even started yet. By the time we have a data readout, the vaccines will have been 'tested' on a live population and will show good efficacy, this will most likely, massively reduce the market size for and Covid treatments. The vaccines are going to work and Sareum needs to concentrate on the actual indications our compound were invented for.

Frankly, hoping the vaccines don't work just so you can make a bit of money is a bit alarming. It's like you are willing for there to be an issue. As with Cancer, immune and other diseases, I hope we get some treatments, even if they aren't Sareum's.

If you read the report from last week. SKIL is very much an ongoing thing. The business model is TO develop compounds with SKIL, licence them at preclinical or P1 then back to SKIL to do it all again. If it all goes to plan, you'd be able to cash out at 10 or even 20p without there being a buyout. That doesn't mean that others here will do the same. Without a buyout, my endgame is what I perceive is fair value based on the risk of failure.

I'm talking for TYK2. If we got a £7 mil upfront with backend loaded milestones. We wouldn't be paying for P1 the licensee would be footing the bill through to market. But yes, We have enough in the bank to avoid a placing as we should know everything by April 2021.

Think Damion means the upfront and he is sort of correct with £7 million as is Fax with £800. The deals Tim outlined were based on where they were in the development cycle. £10 million upfront for a P1 and £800 million for a P2\3. Don't forget that we have 2 TYK2 and if both were licenced for similar deals. Sareum would be self-sufficient as all compounds would be funded through to market. At that point, the potential is counted in multiple billions and a risk-based valuation for the buyout will be a percentage of that. Even if no buyout comes, the SP will reflect the chances that it might. We might have lost the inertia that Covid was giving us but the potential is still in the billions. All good here and still think we will get news on SRA737 before the AGM.

IMO we could be close to 10p with all 4 compounds licenced and in trials and with calculations based on the SRA737 deal. We could have potential milestones not far off a billion pounds. 70 million for SRA737, £290 million fur each TYK2 and a complete guess of £250 million for Aurora Flt3. That's before any potential royalties are accounted for. So for me anything above 20p would be fair at this stage.
