Think the share would only be suspended because the offer had been made. Its really tricky. Everything would go through our NOMAD. There is a risk that if they told us we were in an auction the SP could rise above the offer price and then they'd be in the ding, as it were. Only been in one buyout suspension. Shares were suspended at the end of trading with details why. A second RNS came with the offer the next morning. My shares were showing zero value until after the vote and it was all sorted. It was certainly longer than a week before we knew it had gone through.

I was in one that was suspended and the value was showing zero. 100% loss. Was still showing 100% loss even after the news of buyout.

On the other hand. I once bought quadrise fuels QFI. Not a a thing about them but liking the idea of the tech. Paid 6p and 3 days later it was 36p. Sold my 6 bagger and never bought them again.

I work in IT and remember a conversation with my colleagues about Bitcoin. It had just gone over 100 dollars per coin for the first time. We all thought it would double from there but didn't buy in. And that's for a 27% owned compound. Tyk2 is 100% owned so using the same maths. That's approx 4 x 9p = 36p x 2 Tyk2 = 72p + the 9p from Chk1. 81p it is. Granted, I'm no RMM but we nearly got the same figures. Ha ha :-)

Just been logging into a web service and the 2FA authentication code I was sent was 9CHK1. I'm taking that as 9p for Chk1 :-)

Yes, last Friday was a blip and hopefully, the market will continue to see it that way. Taking FLT3 back is unfortunate as the £900k milestone would have seen us spike and would have been an even better launchpad for other news due. But, its' swings and roundabouts. Spikes are good for traders but if you are wanting to sell above 20p, as I am. They don't mean anything. My issue will be if there is a spike that takes us above 20p with more news to come. That will really test my resolve haha.

I am bemused too. I think we, Sareum took it back. If they had offered to pay 900k for a few extra months. It would have Been no skin off our noses. We'd have taken that so it seems weird. I think we stuck to our guns and took it back. Or they didn't think they could get it any further. Or as you say, we now have one less messy relationship to manage.

I don't think we can complain about a 14% rise today. I was half expecting a fall so am happy. Feel for the guys who bought above 2.4 last week but I don't think anyone saw the Chinese news coming. I actually thought, by leaving right down to the line, they might ask for more time and pay the milestone or not. Maybe they did and SAR said nope? The more I thought about it the more I think it was SAR that stood their ground on this one. Good on them if they did. Onwards and upwards now. 737 is still a complete unknown to us and no TYK2 (standard indications) news anticipated until the end of Q1. That just leaves the 1801 covid indication. Hoping the crew can keep the momentum up with this and maybe throw a few snippets of news our way.

It's all sentiment. The pessimistic amongst us will be predicting down, the optimistic, up. I don't really care. I'll sell when when it's 20 to 60p.

AIM valuations hardly ever fall in line with the fundamentals. Punters buy a rising share because they want in on the action not because they think its a good investment. We definitely have the potential to 10 or 20 bag from here, regardless of whether the compounds work or not. We could also crash and burn. If both TYK2 get into P1. We'll be there or there abouts. That's when the real risk starts.

I have also had the thought that it us, Sareum that are holding this up because we are in our endgame. No evidence, just a hunch.

I'd like to see Tim do a proactive interview. He can use the FLT3 thing as the catalyst but spin it around to TYK2. I know what I believe about MTD but Fadec is right. There is some ambiguous wording in the statements. They could easily clear that up in an interview. It isn't news if they already alerted the market. Maybe a tweet will do? C'mon Tim.

There hasn't been for a while. They effectively shelved the compound. Still think they will on licence or a JV or something. Doesn't matter to us. We get our milestones and progress when it starts up again.

Suggest all LTH and serious investors just ignore the board for a few days. No point reading the drivel on here this morning. See you all next week.
