In the interim extension RNS they said they would confirm the date so we should get an RNS about an inbound RNS. Might be wishful thinking but i'm of the opinion that the interims will have something positive they want to comment on in the accompanying statement. Think Thoth said the same.

We don't even know if out TYK2 is orally available yet. To tweet yesterday's news would make readers assume it is orally available. News like that would need an RNS and it would suggest MTD has been reached too. Which also would be RNSable Too many unknown to do anything with Boris' statement yesterday. We need the interim report and statement, we need news on MTD and we need funding. Before anything else can happen.

For CTA application. I think we will need an MTD update and proof of funding. The deadline that SAR set is nearly up but as others have said, Sareum aren't very good in meeting deadlines. This antiviral pill talk is irrelevant at this stage. We've got a grant and we are working on it. If the POC is unsuccessful then we are back under a penny until a licence deal. I'm comfortable with the risk but it is a risk and has to be said.

Honestly, I don't know. As others have stated, the delayed interim report might give us some clues. The fact is, we need cash to progress just about everything. CTA's won't be announced or even applied for without funding in place. I think we will know soon enough but if we don't yet have funding, VC or raise then it would be unethical and possibly illegal to draw new investors in by tweeting something that we are already a part of. Don't get me wrong. I'm of the opinion i have a winning lottery ticket in my hand. I just don't know if its 3 numbers or all 6!

That's just semantics. My point is we are already in the 'program'. We will get the extra funding and fast track if the POC is good. Until then, we have to wait. Who would this tweet that people want to see be aimed at? Holders or new investors? The main reason the SP is stagnent is the threat of a raise. Sareum will need cash at some point and IMO that is why we aren't seeing the volumes we'd like.

As thoth stated yesterday. Boris specifically said anfi virals. TYK2 isn't an antiviral. We are already in the program for therapeutics. Nothing to do with SAR in this case. If the POC is successful, we will get our chance to shout about it.

I imagine having a British company develop this drug will give old Boris the Winston Churchill moment he craves. They'd probably stick a union flag on the box. :-) it's all on science now. Let's hope it's as good as we think it is.

Hi Krone - this is the bizarre situation Sierra have themselves into. There is something they should be shouting about but they can't. We used to have some Sierra investors here. Yep, I thought it might be waiting for Sierra and 737 news but that seems unlikely now. Unless they know something we don't. Maybe an MTD breakthrough or a patent update is coming? If we only get a standard interim report. The SP will drift down until June and the Covid POC news. Still not long to wait, either way. I'm still bullish but also keen for an end to the wait after all this time. Its all got rather boring :-).

I can see the SP drifting a little while we wait. I'll be disappointed if the results are released with no explanation why they are late. I'm not expecting anything transformational just yet and the results might come with news of a raise or other funding but the least we should know is we are moving forwards. FOMO won't kick in until a data release, MTD or patent news and/or any number of unknowns. There is a lot to come, some is late already, some is new (Covid) all of it is due this year.

It was inevitable at Hemo. They might have something but the SP reflects them joining the Covid casino. They have a long way to go and because of that seem over valued. SAR, on the other hand are on the final lap.

If by delist you mean suspension. I see this a distinct possibility, especially if any deal being worked on is less that some of the high valuations here. It would be irresponsible to let the market run riot and risk the sp climbing higher than the deal is worth. Having said that. I think £1.5 billion is fair for everyone. :-)

Patents and knowledge of patents is one of my biggest bugbears with investing. Not just Sareum, it shouldnt be difficult to find patent information for any company. It's the backbone of any investment. Is the idea protected.

Madura, Sareum have made a patent application (last year) and haven't disclosed its content for commercial reasons. Some here have been looking for it ever since.
