If Sareum get a Covid pill to market by the end of year and we only get 10% of the projected market. The SP will be over a pound. That's my point. I'm not sure we will get that far or if we even achieve this without a partner. It's too big for us and I'm sure the board will look for a way out that is financially sound for all parties.

Utar - if 20p is deemed a fair offer by our board then yes, I will take it but I honestly think we may see a license for 1801 that has milestones in the billions should it get approval for Covid and autoimmune. Low up front, huge backend. A full buyout has to be worth something in the middle so maybe Thoths 28p should be the red line we don't go below. It will be interesting to hear how bullish Tim and John are tomorrow.

I agree on the potential value but apart from SRA737, everything else is pre clinical and as such there is still a big chance that all will fail. The Covid play is going to bring this to the front pretty quickly. This year even. The one thing I can't get away from is, presumably the TYK2 data has been shared with multiple parties but none have felt it compelling enough to licence early. You have to ask why. What is stopping them? The formulation and MTD issue is one barrier which looks to be sorted. So let's see what happens. As others have said, I'll take whatever we get, I don't have that much choice in it anyway.

IMO, SAR will still need to submit a CTA for covid (probably already in draft). It will, however be fast tracked and pushed through quickly. As for licensing, I can't see any other option for 1801. Whoever takes 1801 will get both pathways. Good news for us because it will add to the value. I also think we will be licensed for 1801 by the summer. Unless there is something major that goes wrong. I think Parker and therefore the rest of the board are confident of 1801 going into P1/P2 by the summer. That doesnt mean we are going to be rich but based on the risk of failure, which is still very high for all compounds. Hot - what would you take? Personally, Id snap their hands off for 20p before June. If good data and going into P1, 30 or 40p. I'm sure most of us here would take anything between 20 and 40p. Even if the potential is a pound. I'm not greedy, 40p sees me and the missus retired living a nice lifestyle.

We can't put 1801 autoimmune into P1 without a raise, vc investment or an on license. Id take a raise to keep control until data readouts.

I think we will be taken over before any sales come our way. Sareum just aren't setup to go full on pharma. Could do with RMM getting his calculator out.

I'm not one for ramping or deramping even but I think we are going into P1 with this even if there is a slight chance of it working. There is no mention of funding for 1801 in Autoimmune trials and we will need cash for ongoing expenses so we might raise on the back of the CTA for 1801 covid. I'm good with that though.

There is, awful as it is, a perfect opportunity to test this compound in India. We might have something that will release some pressure in that current **** show.

There is a lot of information in this RNS. One of the most comprehensive Sareum have ever put out. We will be picking over this for days. MTD looks to be ok, manufacturing looks to be good, funding probably nailed on for Covid at least. My mind is at rest. Ha ha

Stony, from the below is from the RNS. The grant was confirmed on Dec 3rd so 6 months takes us to June 3rd. Not long at all.

"The project began immediately following the receipt of grant funding and is expected to take approximately six months to complete."

I get what you are saying, Basil but as yet there isn't anything Sareum can tweet. Everything needs an RNS which may or may not be imminent.

That tweet is telling us all is OK. He must be reading the board.

Hot, I'm not an expert, only what I learned here. Think RMM gave some insight in MTD and the alternatives we can go for. Tim described it as a good problem to have and they were struggling to make enough of the compound but that was over 18 months ago and they have changed the formulation. Have we made progress or not is my question. People here give Damion a hard time about MTD but it's a valid question that we all should be asking.

"Failing to reach MTD is not always a negative" it is a, requirement though. I know there are ways around this but we need an update. Its the sort if thing that will stop us getting a deal. I've always said that Sareum are above board with what they tell us and I still am but the Aurora thing has put doubt in my mind. They were telling us all was OK until we got the RNS saying it wasn't. I'm not being negative but I will listen to both sides of the story with £1000's at risk.
