I don't think I've ever been in a share with sustained small rises as we've seen with SAR over the last week. Been in lots of spikes but the small rises are keeping us off the big risers board so the herd aren't seeing them. That is good news for now because we may have a bigger base to 10 bag from when they do realise what is happening. IMO, we have a lot of traders watching and some are getting FOMO. I've been there it's awful watching a share and waiting for a dip then seeing it rise day after day.

Warthog - I don't think the fundamentals have changed. The sustained rise is purely on the Covid play and as such, the sp will retrace on bad news. However, the tweets and language used by sareum and Parker suggests they are confident of a positive outcome. If that happens and we go into trials. The market will decide the rerate price.

Ha ha, I'm not anywhere near as extreme as some of my mates. A good friend of mine ran 48 miles while on holiday in Cornwall last week. Beats sitting around with the family all day was his reason.

I see and understand why governments want to pin the blame somewhere but I have two issues with this. It's pretty 5h1t as a bio weapon. Not making light of the deaths but no country has been affected beyond something they can't recover from and if you were going to develop a bio weapon. Surely you should aim for something at least as infectious as measles. The other reason is if they pin the blame somewhere they won't plan for the next pandemic. If the world's scientists aren't using Covid as a dress rehearsal for the big one, we are all screwed. Because the way we live now,it is going to happen.

There are other long-termers here with much bigger holdings. Can only imagine how that feels. Think this may come good for all of us whatever you holding is.

In the interest of winding up the **** womble but not wanting it all to be about me. but... I am achingly close to my SAR shares being worth 6 figures made even sweeter by the fact, that with top slices here and there, the whole 2.8 million have only cost me about £8k to buy.

I'm a fell runner. Have completed and raced many ultras, have also completed the Bob Graham round in under 24 hours. You don't complete that on 3 hour training runs. I live in a Sheffield and regularly do the 'Kinder Dozen' either for training or just for fun. That takes me between. 6 and 8 hours. I supporting a friend doing the Paddy Buckley round this weekend. The leg I'm supporting is 6.5 hours of running. Not sure why I'm justifying myself but tri athletes are always another breed who think they are the elites.

HBD - when I was doing this stuff more competitively, I would regularly go out for a 'long run' of 6 hours or more. I always used to tell my non runner friends/family that once the runners high kicks in, your mind is free to think about other stuff. The pain and movement is handled in your subconscious brain and you get some great me time with your problems. So much so that, you don't really have any or at least have a solution by the time you get home. You should look into prof Tim Noakes work and books on Hydration, Nutrition and endurance sport. He has some borderline conspiracy Covid views too. But generally he backs his views up with science.

RMM. I am an endurance athlete or was until the pandemic. I am also very interested in body adaptation, some call it body hacking. Don't really like that term but it basically means you can train your body but to adapt to extreme circumstances. Over the years, I've learned that carb loading does nothing. Same as electrolytes. Your body will adapt to work the best it can with the given resources. If SAR allows me to retire, I will be going back to school to learn about this stuff. Very interesting. On this, we've also got some data on TYK2 muscle regeneration.

Hi HBD. Had my second a couple if weeks ago. Very minor symptoms but my HR was elevated when running. Unusual for me. Have a low resting and can usually run on flat at less than 130 bpm. HR was going to 160 on anything but a slow Jog. Very strange. I put this down to the jab because on Sat, I was back to normal again.

Think way may see 4p by the end of next week. If we get onto AGILE then a market cap similar to SNG by autumn. Then it will be a tense wait. Also, IMO, There is every chance that an offer will come anytime between now and Christmas.

Completely agree, blue. IMO, This is someone who was present at the VC presentations they did and has invested in the science. Thoths theory of Melinda Gates might not be far off the truth.

Yep, as I said, it isn't a negative view. Just the timing seems to point to the board hedging their bets. If the covid angle was nailed on, we wouldn't have needed the funds. Im positive about our future, maybe more so than the board currently are. Just playing devil's advocate, that's all.

Maybe, bobbler but why not just keep buying on the open market? Why restrict yourself by doing a subscription? This HNW subscriber has come from the VC presentations Sareum did and its for 1801 and 1802 progression. It is enough to fund running costs for another year but that's all. It suggests to me that the board are covering all bases. I for one, am glad they are because if Covid doesn't pan out we would have had to raise at a much lower price. I think the subscription raises the possibility of a 2022 trial start when we all thought 2021. It also means towards the middle of the decade for pivotal P2/p3 trials.

They'd need to spend another 2 million to reach 3%. We may never know who they are. This subscription feels like it is to advance the science rather than make an investment. The size of it, the timing and only a week after an RNS stating the TYK2 CTA was delayed until Q4. Is this still the case? The goal posts have been moved and we now have funding to to go beyond the Q4 cash runway, if Covid doesn't work out. Not being negative BTW but I think this is an insurance policy to protect the science.

I can get behind your thinking, Utar. If all goes well this year. I think a lot of LTH will be thinking the same and a lot of shares will change hands as speculators make way for investors who are looking for dividends. I'm well up on my investment and I'm expecting to do very well out of sar but I've no interest in staying around for TYK2 to get to market or be a rich old man. I'd rather be a wealthy middle aged man. Leave it to the next generation. Having said that, a buyout would be a nice closure to the last 10 years.

Regarding Seirra and 737. I'm pretty sure we don't know the full story. They aren't dragging their heels. They need a lot if cash to move it forward, they need to collaborate on combo trials and they have to work out if the risk is worth it. I've said it before. A failure for 737 will finish Sierra off and would do quite a but if damage to Sareum. I'm not excusing them, it's just, I don't think some here are thinking about it rationally. It isn't as easy as just starting a trial up. If it was, they'd be in p3 already. This close to transformational news, I'd say be careful what you wish for. If 737 is good, it will come good.
