I use SNG as a yardstick for the potential value of SAR but SNG have already had their good run. It's now squeaky bum time for SNG holders. We'll be there later in the year, hopefully.

Yes, if the secret patent is for respiratory diseases as some here (including me) think. Then it would make perfect sense to split the indications so we have Immune, Cancer, Respiratory or 1801, 1802, 1803. Then we could on licence all of them separately. As it currently stands, whoever gets 1801 will get the covid side of things as well. Although good for us, it must have included some complexity (zero's haha) into any negotiations. Only guessing though.

I font think there has been a leak. It's a mixture of we know news is imminent and the Warrants for HNW are set at 5p. That's obviously where the board think we should be. That 900k looks like the bargain of the decade. They could walk away in Friday a million up!

A friend of mine uses a wealth manager. He sorted the transfers from various ISA's she had into one substantial. Pot. They invest for her for a cut of the profits but Its still going very well for her and still all tax free profits. I will go and see them if SAR come up. I have a friend who works for a wealth management company too but its 1 million minimum before they will take you on. Even so, SAR could go that for me.

I'm with Utar here. I put other things in place when I hit 50 and have a plan to retire at 60 whstrver happens with SAR (I'm now 51). But SAR could change that and knock 8 years off my retirement date. I've always said that I do top slice if I feel the time is right and I have de risked somewhat by doing that. Because of that, my 2.8 million shares cost me approx 8k to buy. I could take that 8k today but I'm not going to. Even if Covid doesn't happen, we are looking at 20p in the next year or 2 anyway. What I'm saying is. I'm now holding to see what happens. Worst case scenario is I lose £8k.

Yes, there may be dome strong resistance at 5p. I'm officially in the WTF mode this morning. If we get good news this month. 10p is a distinct possibility.

At this rate the HNW in investor will have thier shares added to market and be able to sell them by the end of next week.

Thoth and all the other great researchers here make it really difficult find stuff we haven't already seen. Still think we should be prepared for some shenanigans from the Mm's but the sustained buying since last week has been unprecedented for Sareum investors. Twin that with perceived confidence from the board, no speeding ticket and warrants that can only be exercised @5p should tell us where the next base should be.

I said the other week why I think a TO offer could come and I still believe it could happen. Simply we are in a sweet spot where a pharma wanting the drugs could be willing to pay and a lot of investors are looking for an exit strategy. It would have to be at the right price, of course, but not doing now might end up being more costly. The HNW investment de-risks us somewhat, so we can be choosy with what we are willing to accept. I've never been one for going to bed wishing for an RNS but lately, I find myself wondering if tomorrow will be the day. a Kymab style deal, in pounds, not dollars might do us.

Yeah, saw the China race deaths, IMO there should be criminal charges for the organisers. UK races require a minimum kit to be carried by all runners, even in summer. It's needed as well. I was in a race in the Peak District a few years ago where 6 runners were hospitalized with Hypothermia. And that was with the emergency kit.

Do you know what HBD. A few years ago. I needed a new boiler. SAR was in the dumps with no news due so I sold 300k. Didn't want to put it on credit card. That boiler cost me 10k at todays SP. I wouldn't hesitate to sell if I needed the money.
