I expected this as soon as I read the RNS, even told my missus not to excited today. The only reason for the trepidation today is the non-committal stance on timelines. Getting on Agile is the key here, that or external funding. I've been banging on about how complex a deal might have to be mainly because Covid and autoimmune are the same compound. Covid might have doubled the deal price of SDC1801. Today's RNS is great news for the LTH and investors, not so good for the AIM herd who look to get in and out with 20 - 50% profit. It's coming and the tension is rising. We just have to hold our nerve. I think Tim, John and our board will have some surprises up their sleeves for us in the coming days, weeks. I'm not selling until above 20p so the intra day SP is inconsequential.

The sp is being managed. Why release an RNS with everything in when you can drip feed to create some tension. I think we'll see a cautious start until some big trades come in.

I can't remember the last time that as soon as I wake up, I check for RNS's. But that's what I'm doing now. I'm also checking at 4:30 in case we get a trading suspension because of a TO offer.

We know 9/10p wasn't issued a speeding ticket so IMO we're are looking at a minimum of 20p. If my scenario below came true we'd probably be at 20p anyway and the offer would have to be more than if not multiples of that. If a low ball offer is coming. It will have to come before the data readout, ie in the next couple of weeks.

If we are just talking Covid. I think with the compressed timelines we will be looking at a small upfront deal with big backend milestones and royalties on sales. If it works and we all hope it does, then we won't have long to wait for the big rewards. An upfront big enough to pay for 1801 immune and 1802 cancer P1 trials would be good. Strengthen our negotiating power for the big deals.

It's an error. If the news had leaked the volume would be huge. I'd take 29p with royalties on future sales.

Aye, paper money is how I see my initial investment too. So my 2.8 million shares only cost me £8k so if I lose, I only lose £8k by your and my logic. I've spent more on running kit in the last 10 years.

One of the things that SAR is going to buy me is a camper van and the time to spend all summer travelling around the county. Cutting it a bit close for this year though. A monster RNS this or next week would do it though :-)

Any news about the Covid POC is price sensitive. Our advisers will advise us to issue an RNS for that reason they will probably wait for the data to become available. I would assume the data pack has already been produced in draft, it'll just be a case of proofreading and verifying. If the data is good and If we are partnering for trial then this news will follow pretty quickly. Either way. I think we will get a raft of RNS in the coming weeks. Yes, I've always said I trust our board and the NED's to get us the best deal possible so would be happy with what they can get. With recent tweets and lack of speeding tickets, I think we can safely say that 9 or 10p isn't near what they are thinking is fair value so IMO, we are looking at a minimum of 20p I inthe event of a TO. The price goes up the further we get into any trials so the Covid play might just tip any negotiations in our favour.

IMO, the whole point of a TO would be to get hold of the IP on the cheap and for that reason, the high valuations are ruled out. If there was offers inbound they would be based on what we could get in licencing deals but again lower or why not just licence with less risk? We've seen evidence of previous deals for TYK2 and they are between 10 and 800 million. lets go in the middle and say TYK2 is £400 mil each so £800 million but we possibly have a 3rd indication with Covid so another £400 mill? We also have SRA737. I honestly believe this is already a billion-dollar compound so I reckon we have at least a £200 million share in it. Add these together, chuck in SKIL and Aurora and we could be looking at £1.5 billion a la Kymab. 40p +. Sounds ok to me.

I was thinking the same as Thoth but there is another scenario where the data isn't shared but goes direct to a licencing partner. No funding needed. That scenario could happen at any point and could be another spike and re rate. If no RNS tomorrow or the day after I think we will see some reassuring tweets/retweets to keep us interested. Plenty of news to come, all we have to do is wait.
