I'm not convinced, Lazarus. It isn't complicated. There was no reason to exercise the warrants unless they want to sell them or if Sareum needed the money. They could have sat on the warrants for 5 years and even if the SP was £7 after 5 years they could have still exercised them at 2.8p. If might be that Sareum does need the cash to fund a Covid trial, who knows. We shall find out next week, probably not sooner.

Basil - The exercising of warrants has me confused. I've listened to all the arguments this morning and none of them make sense. The only reason I can see to exercise warrants if you want to sell immanently. The HNWi is a private investor, they won't or shouldn't be given any extra information than we are. It would be insider trading. Maybe Parker explained how a short-term hold would effectively double their money and deliver the shareholder the promised value.

Exercising warrants for TO again doesn't make sense. They could have waited for the TO risk-free and still exercised them at the point of too.

Exercising them for voting rights? No TR1 yet, so they still don't have enough shares to affect any vote even if they side with the board. And if they want more voting rights, why? The PI's hold the majority of shares.

Exercising the shares for funds? Do we really need £180k that desperately? We already had well over £2 million in funds. Will £180k make that much difference?

So just one option makes sense, they want to sell. I mean, they will have made a very tidy profit, so why not? We'll have to watch the volume on the 24th to see if it increases.

Maybe we are not going into Agile? Maybe we will on licence 1801 to big pharma and they will take 1801 into trials. This is my prediction. The way we have kicked 1801 immune into next year suggests that 1801 will be trialled in Covid and that data, good or bad can be used to design the trails for 1801 immune.

There has been a lot of ramping here in the last few weeks and all in all, it has been fun but the reality is, as of yet we have no idea if 1801 is any good in humans. If it is good, it has to be proved safe, if it is safe, it has to be proved to work better than Dexamathazone and it has to be cheap or most governments will fall back on Dexamethasone. The big positive in all this is the data we can collect for 1801 Immune which was always a biggie anyway.

One criticism I have here is if Covid isn't a goer then we've waisted another year of development. I'm happy to trust the board here but I would also like some snippets of information. If nothing by the end of the month, I'll be seriously looking at my holding and protecting profits.

The stats for unintentional poising deaths in the US are 20 in 100000. So if you apply that to 13 million. That is 2600 people who will have or will accidently poison themselves and die after having the JJ vaccine. You are 26 times more likely to kill yourself with poison than develop Guillain-Barre syndrome after the JJ vaccine. Can't wait to see the list of side effects on the side of the 1801 box.

100 cases in 13 million vaccinations! Can you imagine if that was 13 million Covid cases? The UK has had 128000 deaths with just 5 million cases. Trying to find flaws in the vaccine doesn't make 1801 anymore marketable, especially when Sareum will have to rush the development and knock 3 to 5 years off the trials to get into sick patients.

Am in complete agrrement SOG. However, IMO, with this government. Vaccines and common sense are Plan A and Plan B is Dexamethasone. Plan C is Agile. As you say, seen to be doing something. That's all it is at the moment. This government and lots of others around the globe haven't shown any foresight in their pandemic response. This tactic might play straight into SAR's hands when they start to panic in a months time.

Wasn't being nasty. It's just that I find the whole thing bizarre. Investing in science but then doubting science. Covid is a novel Corona Virus which means it is new to humans. All the vaccine does is give you some antibodies so that when not if, you catch it. You have a fighting chance to get rid of it. The effectiveness figures that pharma and government throw around are based on those currently in the trial. Some will have had a really good immune response some not so good. The ones with a not so good response will be the ones who will get Ill and maybe end up in hospital. These people will need a booster, possibly twice a year, every year. Trouble is, without testing everyone for antibodies, how do they know who needs the booster? It's Easier and cheaper to give it to everyone towards the end of this year. It also allows us to open up and stay open. In regards to Sareum. People are still going to end up in the hospital or needing supplemental treatments. Even if that is only 5% of the world population, that's a potential market of approx 400 million doses per year. If it works and the vaccines works, it's still a blockbuster and that's without the other autoimmune indications.

No Issues with the numbers. For potential, the higher the better. but, even the most hardened gambler would find it hard not to accept an offer of £1 per share or even 50p per share if the RNS landed tomorrow morning.

I think Thoth knows that if the potential is anywhere near those figures, we'll be taken out at a 95% (or less) discount way before we get there. They'd have to get a bigger spreadsheet for the Times rich list if it came true.

Well, I'm an atheist so for me that couldn't be more true. My belief is we have one shot at this and then we are worm food.

If you look at the problem from a purely economic perspective. It makes sense. I don't agree with the approach but people (voters) want their freedom and they have been told what that freedom will cost but I'm not sure that they understand the cost. Like I said. SAR need to keep plugging away at this for when the inevitable happens.
