I'm starting to think Thoth might be on the right lines with his thinking. Maybe we have to prove we can raise £5 million so we can accces £30 million on funding. A T/O of SAR wouldn't be a T/O in the normal sense. The buyer would be buying the IP and the economic interest we have in SRA737. The price (regardless of current value) would be potential minus a discount for risk. In simplistic terms, If the potential is £10 billion but there is a 90% chance the compounds will fail then the discount will be 90% so a T/O will be approx £1 billion. RMM has spelled this out quite clearly. You can use his figures or use your own. We know the market sizes but risk is harder to work out until we get in clinnics.

I never buy or sell a share based on what others are doing. If fact, I'm in the Warren Buffet camp. Sell when people are buying and vice versa. So the mm tricks thing is a moot point as far as I'm concerned. The other thing is, when Mm's are doing it in a rising market, no one ever complains.

They gave us a timescale, a reason for the fundraise and it was above the SP at the time of the RNS. 100% They know more is coming. I'm not sure of Thoth's 17p by the end of the month but I don't think you will be able to buy below 9p in a week or two. I'd rather Thoth be right than me though. He nearly always is. :-)

It'll rise to 9p this week. Maybe 14p if we get more news. We have timescales of Q3 now for TYK2 but SRA737 news could drop anytime.

Bit harsh, Auto. We are all here to learn. The simple fact is directors aren't allowed to buy or sell in a closed period just in case they know a reason to. The same rules will apply to DD for investment purposes. They will have presented the known data and maybe given an opinion. The question is, are we in a closed period?

Yes, it would be insider dealing if the HNWI was given anything other than what is publically available. They might have had a customer presentation of the data from the guys who invented the compounds though. That would be perfectly fine.

The warrants are admitted to market tomorrow. Cant be that unless the HNWI is starting early. I'm not too worried about it but I am frustrated that the board courted the rise and even slipped in a few clues but then nothing on completion of the POC. The only logical answer is we are in talks.
