Lol, thanks for the concern guys. I still have 2.5 million shares here with an average of 0.74p. I won't get upset when you all have Astons and Lambos or a yacht in the case of Thoth. I have traded SAR for approx 10 years even though Baserite disapproved :-). Sold out completely at 1 point but then bought 1 mil back and have held between 1 and 3 million since. A good 1 million of those shares were bought by selling spikes and buying dips and the 21k I have sat in my ISA from the last sale may go back on SAR if there is another dip. Who knows.

You know what, M308. I had a proper think about stuff. I remembered how I felt when I lost 90% of my holding years ago on OXB, I remembered the fallout on the IMM board when they failed their trial and I just thought, don't get greedy. The other reason is the ramping here and the subsequent shutting down of any conversation that is ramping is getting a bit desperate and that to me at least screams of insecurity, so I thought, no one really knows, it's all speculation. The secret patent might be for covid, it might not. The comparable deal sizes we know aren't that big for preclinical compounds. Some people will think I'm being negative, I'm not. I'm just not attached to this share like I was once and I'm following my brain rather than my heart.
And I still have a potentially life-changing amount of shares.

You have more than me, working. I have 2.5 million now. Sold 300k. I was going to wait until 12p but pushed the button just because it felt right. I do plan to sell another million at 20p (if we get there) and I will be out completely at 40 (if we get there). Not for any other reason than, that's all I need. Been here a long time and if the pandemic has taught me anything it's. life is too short to dream.

Yes, now on a free ride and I made a profit on my original stake. I can now tell myself I have nothing to lose although the missus sees it differently. She's having my gonads if I lose the paper profit, apparently. Its a risk I'm willing to take.

Ay, but I can remember when you could buy a million shares for £3.5k. If news did leak and it never has with SAR we would be seeing much bigger trades. Happy for the rise though. Little annoyed too because I sold a few at 7.5 a could of days ago. I'm not sure they will RNS the patent find. it looks like its just another indication covered. Big news, in terms of potential market size but I'm not sure it is price sensitive with the compound still in preclinical development. They could tweet the news though. I'm very bullish here but I don't think today or tomorrow is the time. My guess on the next RNS will be another subscription. Happy to be wrong on any of the above.

Here is my usual Thursday prediction. SAR are not leaky and the size of the trades (small) suggests this is just sentiment. You never know though.

It's another angle I suppose. However, the last RNS clearly states we are waiting for the end of preclinical work, sometime in Q3. That could mean anytime from now until Sept but 10 years of experience with SAR says to me that they've given themselves that runway and they will use it if needed. It's most likely a bargaining tool for negotiations. Seal the deal or we go it alone in Sept.

Ah, my mistake. Still not sure why you think the project status has anything to do with AGILE though. Are you thinking the data hasn't been reviewed yet?

Why would/should he? it's an asset to him. Could be worth billions and while ever he keeps it the potential is always there up his sleeve in case he needs more funding for Mom. If it goes into trials and is a bit Meh, he loses that asset. Happens all the time in the pharma world. The original deal was bad but also the compound didn't live up to the indications they originally licenced it for. Like I said, its messy and needs someone with deep pockets and the resources to wring the potential out of it. All we can do is wait.

Yes, it is messy and the ICR are only interested in the outcome e.g. treatments. The monetary value is of no real interest. There is still a risk of failure with 737 and the problem is it will cost a fair bit to prove either way. Needs a partner with deep, deep pockets. I've said this before, IMO, this is the reason Dilly hasn't progressed it. The cost of progressing set against the risk and the potential damage to Sierra is probably too much to risk.

Yes, sort of but it will go back to the ICR not CRUK. Sareum will have very little to do with it but we may have to stump up the cash for the trials and any payments due to Sierra. I'm not sure it would be a good thing to get it back to be honest. An on licence to a big pharma would make more sense. We would get our milestone and possibly a bit of a windfall payment. If the compound is good as some think then Sierra will have no problem getting a $1 billion upfront for it.

Can't see them giving it back willingly. But if they had to it will be because they defaulted on the deal in some way. IMO they will probably get some sort of future royalties on sales (if it gets to market). Again, IMO, they won't give it back without a fight and I suspect we will know the reasons for the delays once the trials start up again.

For the newbies. FLT3\Aurora reduced tumours by 98% in 10 out of 10 mice. It was a big deal at the time but solubility issues with the compound means we haven't been able to trial it on humans. The secret patent everyone talks about might be for Covid or it could be for FLT\Aurora. Either would be massive.

the latest figures dropping seem to be in line with schools breaking up. We will know more in the next few weeks. All indications are this wave will be short and sharp but we will get another in September when the school go back which means we could be in trouble again by November. The vaccines are working though. I know loads who have caught it in the last couple of weeks and other than feeling sorry for themselves for a few days, they have been ok. Still a massive worldwide market though.

It just seems like irrational behaviour to even care what Trrime is posting. Just block or ignore. I can ignore it. We've had our own versions of Triime over the years. Passing the pre clinical stage will be a massive de-risk but that doesn't mean no risk. Also, we are not, as others keep saying, tox free. We will have to establish that in P1 and we can't fast track the tox part of P1. If we pass the tox studies and set the dosing strategy, it could move very quickly after that. Like I keep saying. I'm staying invested here even though I'm sitting on a big profit but I'm not naive enough to think it will all be plain sailing.

James. The company have said Q3 which could mean end of Sept but a few here have been talking a rerate in July. When people talk about protecting their investment, they need to look at the bigger picture. The LTH here need to be letting the newbies know what the other compounds can do and these things take time to come to fruition. Triime bought on a spike, we've all done it and he probably got caught up in the covid hype but there is much more to Sareum than Covid.

Not sure anyone is upset at you, Rebster. The only ones who are upset are the ones who think that Triime's opinion has any effect on the SP here. I'll tell you what may have an effect on the SP. The ones who believe a July rerate is on the cards. Cos if we don't now get news this week, the MM's will have a field day.

Belhus, he didn't post negative stuff he offered a different opinion to other claims. You might have seen it as negative but I read it with interest.
