I saud a few weeks ago that I thought the HNWi were from Dr Owen address book. When you at the kymab site, his contact list must be very affluent.

They have said 2022 pretty clearly and it will go into clinics in 2022. However, the end of preclinical, choice of indications and CTA will all come in 2021 (hopefully). Plus patent news on 1802 and 737 moving forward (again, hopefully). Plenty to look forward to this year. Nothing has changed other than the cash out has been pushed back a bit. Although, I predict we all will get a choice to cash out at 15 or 20p this year if we want.

Recent history pre last weeks RNS was open blue, take it down for the first hour, finish blue a couple of percent up. I'll take that.

Well, Lucan. If we give the £1 million Subscription at 8.25 pence just last week its proper name and call it a placing then that's where the SP should be and it is where it will be when the market realises it was hoodwinked into selling. You could argue that the warrants set at 10.25p is the real value the company think we should be trading at. There is a good short term double your money bet to be had here.

There was nothing new in the Trading RNS. Most of it was a cut and paste job from the July 1st RNS.. The main change in the trading statement was they split the news into sections and this time the 2022 trials start was under Covid. The new investors who bought because of the pill by autumn BS have now realised that isn't going to happen. I don't have any issue with the delay, just the cack-handed way it was delivered. Whatever was going to happen this year is still going to happen this year and those who are selling will be back when the scramble for shares starts again. I'm not sure there is anything the board can do unless they have another HNWI up their sleeve. We now need some solid news. 737, patent news or a reason why they raised nearly 5 million from HNWI.

Aye, Warthog. Feels like de ja vu. I feel for the new investors and personally, I thought SAR had turned the corner in regards to how they operate. They seemed more confident even a bit arrogant (not in a bad way). We just have to wait for something tangible to be announced. 737 or the patent, probably. We are used to waiting :-)

Graking - I've been here since 10 out of 10 mice and Sareum have been talking about filling a CTA for TYK2 since 2019. I am well aware that pharma development can take a while.

That's my point Bobbler :-) it either badly written or the trial for Covid won't start until next year. Both are negative and the reason for the SP dropping.

but it's in the 1801 Covid section and this is why the SP is going down. The RNS reads

1801 Covid - CTA delayed
1801 Immune- CTA delayed
1802 Cancer - news on patent due and trial due 2022
SRA 737 - delayed
FLT3 Aurora - Shelved.

If you were a newish investor here, that isn't a positive RNS. Annoyingly though, it is full of potential if you can read between the lines.

If that's the case, Bobbler. Why change tact? Why not keep it positive and use positive words and if we are talking paragraphs then the statement that trials will be starting in 2022 is clearly in the 1801 Covid section. Let's not kid ourselves, most of the new investors are here for the Covid play and that has been licked into next year and they are the ones selling. If it hasn't been delayed as some posters believe, why put the RNS out stating it has? I'm not selling and personally, I think 9p was a good baseline because 20p will come once the news starts to flow but this is also the reason I'm annoyed at the wording of the last RNS. Like I said earlier, something doesn't add up and I suspect we will get news to answer some of these questions as and when they can announce it.

I'd agree with that, Globe. The puzzling thing for me is the strategy seems to have changed. SAR were all over the covid thing. Tweeting, Re tweets etc and it helped push the SP up and hold it there. Then suddenly they are back to their old ways and they release a badly written Trading Statment. No confident phrasing, no urgency, in fact, it was the complete opposite. They would have known that this statement would make the SP fall so what is the reason for releasing it that way? Us long term holders know, we know that it is never what Sareum release in the RNS, it is what they don't tell you that's important. Yes, the science and potential remain the same and it has been a great few months where the board broke with tradition and all comms were positive and confident and the SP reflected this new confidence from the board. The Covid play is either exciting or it isn't so which is it? I suspect we have more news to come that may answer my questions so I'll go back to sleep until it arrives.

Gee Jay, I once kept a track of 'codes' on all shares in my portfolio. I stopped counting when it got to 20 with no RNS. Its all BS, there are dozens of easy and untraceable ways to communicate if the MM's were that way inclined. A few years ago, one of our LTH here caused a stir by buying shares in a sequence. He bought 111111, 222222, 333333 and so on. It was fun for a while until he ran out of cash. Ha ha.

The board will have known the RNS would have caused a drop and although personally, I'm not happy with the delays to complete preclinical and apply for CTA, I'm not selling any shares and will not until 20p. However, 1801 development is well over a year behind now and not all of that can be linked to covid, supply issues or funding for that matter so I hope the board does have something up their sleeve to prop up the SP and protect the value for the new investors, High Worth or not. Otherwise, it was a reckless and badly written RNS.

And I also wish some of the long term holders here would stop pinning all the value on the covid play. There are dozens of other drugs in trials that are way ahead of 1801 and first in class, not best will matter here. Sareum is worth 10p without covid. Leave the Covid casino to the traders and concentrate on picking the right indication for 1801 to sail through P1\P2.

Yes, Stoney. My guess is we had an unofficial offer. It wasn't enough so the board went off and raised from subscriptions. The next offer will have to be bigger but we need 1801 in trials. We have enough cash to start both, Covid and immune.

Yes, typical SAR RNS. Timescales have slipped again but that appears to be out of their control. My biggest bugbear with SAR is they can't stick to the timescales they set set. It is what it is though. Back to sleep for a bit. Hopefully, they will have new HNWi to manage the SP.
