That's the big question, Steve. How they fund this trial is the big news we want. That will mean Investment, on licencing or whatever. Not our worry but securing funding makes it official and we will see a roadmap.

Agree with SOG here. Although it is good news that Sierra have acknowledged 737, finally. It does feel like they are stalling until they get funding. No milestones for SAR until H1 2020 and that could be next June. Having said this, I'm hoping that, now acknowledged, SRA737 will be in focus again. Maybe more news to follow?

Spot on, Mafuta. This is why the company need to be very careful how we progress 1801. We don't want it tied up and limited to Covid when a Cytokine Storm can happen as a result of many other illnesses from bacterial infections to allergic reactions. It the secret patent address this specific indication. It will be worth big money whether it is used for Covid or not.

1801 is definitely not in that category of antiviral. You wouldn't take 1801 on a positive test, it would stop the immune system working to create antibodies. There is a sweet spot for 1801 and its, around the same point as Dexamethasone where the immune system has kicked in but has started to over react. I guess there will be trigger point, low blood oxygen, difficulty breathing etc.. Also 1801 hasn't even started P1 yet, we haven't even done the CTA! If 1801 is good for Covid, our time will come, it just isn't that time yet, IMO.

That's not really how FOMO works. FOMO is the fear that you will miss the RNS and prices will shoot up faster than you can buy. You could buy a million shares right now for £68k if an RNS drops early next week and the price only goes to the last subscription price the same million will cost you £82.5k Some will risk waiting it out, some will fear missing out and they will buy. We are getting close to some sustained news flow (maybe a month to 6 weeks) and 6 to 7p looks to be the bottom. One positive tweet and we'll be back at 8p, one positive RNS and we could be at 12, 15 or 20p. The FOMO will get stronger and stronger in the coming weeks.

Completely agree WIP. The Covid side play, although exciting could also be holding us back. I think the board recognised that earlier this year. AGILE is restrictive in where and how we trial 1801. The way I see it is, it could fast track the tox studies but it could also fast track any failure that might be lurking. Remember, it hasn't been tested in humans yet. Just mice and lung tissue. Sareum have to protect the compound and will need to control the trials in a way that doesn't jeopardise the immune side of 1801. If we can't do that in Agile, the we 100% should not go down that route.

Yes, Mafuta, have a plan. I've been In a few shares over the years where I lost almost everything. It changed my Outlook and attitude to risk. I respect anyone who can make money on AIM and keep it. As you say, we've a long way to go yet. Still some serious upside still to come.

You do right, Utar. I'd put good money on that most LTH will have sold some shares in recent months. Why wouldn't you derisk and sell enough to be on a free ride? Makes perfect sense to me and yes, it is fun. You get to make a bit of profit and even more amusing, wind people up. What is baffling though is how they think a company worth over £200 million is in anyway affected by you and I selling the odd 100k shares here and there.

Any valuation between now and P2 would be based purely on the IP (patents). Successful P1 trials would derisk the compounds to the point that the potential market size would come into play. I've no reason to doubt the Poundland valuations, it could happen but we'd need to be further down the development road. Just how much is the IP worth now? not, what will it be worth after successful trials. That is the big question. I just had my guess.

Comparable TYK2 deals have been up to £800 million. We have two of them so that's £1.6 billion the rest is made up of our 27% share in SRA737 and our share in Aurora\FLT3 compound and maybe a bit for SKIL platform. I think we'd have to get into P1 with both TYK2 to be worth £2billion though. Covid could change all that, just because it fast tracks the tox studies i.e. we could get there quicker.

Presuming we go into P1/P2 trials with 1801 and 1802. I reckon we are worth approx £2billion without covid. I could see a low ball offer come in to grab the IP before that point though. I'm still of the opinion that bringing the HNWI onboard is so we can bat the low ball offers away. Having said that, if the board recommended a sale at 28p, I'd take it. If a Covid (respiratory) treatment looks to be a goer. We'll be worth 12p to 15p in an instant.

I don't think they have to wait for the submarine period to be over. Its just, they can. The period allows time to get all the documentation and ducks aligned so no one else can copy the invention and register it as there own. Having said that, I think they will wait. Why wouldn't you.
