I think most LTH will have been added. I added £5k last Friday. Not a massive amount but at these prices, it's a no brainer if you are willing to wait until spring next year.

We already know there is no known news due because of the last director dealings. However, 737 news could come at anytime.

Absolutely, Bigtimer. It's going to be a traders dream when the SP stabilises. You watch the volume pick up when it goes into oversold and the MM's flip the strategy.

Where is it clear that it is Peel? L2 doesn't show any signs that Peel are driving this. The presentation, delays and director sales have spooked investors. The MM's could see the change in sentiment, they smelt blood and have gone for it in a big way. It's not manipulation, it is AIM at its best\worst but nobody ever complains when it goes the other way.

that you could now buy a million shares for £32k! back in the summer, you would've been able to sell that amount for £90k! wonder how many investors who were watching SAR at 9p but not buying will be buying in now. I guess not many because you always think you can get in lower. The reality is that £32k could buy you a life-changing number of shares or you could lose the lot on the rollercoaster that is AIM. I'm feeling rather optimistic about the future although, I will probably be top skimming as the SP rises more than I have done in the past. Is Baserite still around? WIP - there is no deal being worked on, not officially. If there was, the directors would be allowed to sell. It's as simple as that. The only positive from options sale is the timing. They could've waited until next March but I suspect they wouldn't have been able to sell next March because we will be in negotiations by then. So they sold now while not in a closed period. Director dealings are very telling whether it is a buy or sell. You know it means there is no news, that will affect the share price, that they officially know of.

Andy, I think we are here because we can't close a deal. Either the price is too high and\or the compounds have too much risk attached. Everything that has happened in the last 2 years has happened because Sareum is having to jump through hoops to strengthen their position but it in never enough to seal the deal. The HNWI investment should have crystalised the value of the company but for a few reasons, it didn't. Nothing we can do about that now unless they can get another HNWI to buy in at 6p or more. I honestly don't think a TO is on the cards until both TYK2 have been proven tox free in the clinic and that might be 2 or 3 years away. The tox question hanging over all TYK2's is the elephant in the room here and we need a big lump of cash to prove the compound is tox free, problem is, the delays just keep kicking the problem down the road.

I'm not saying they be a PI but some candidates that we get to vote on.

I'm not saying Peel Hunt doesn't have their nose in the trough will all the other MM's but IMO this drop isn't engineered by them they have been engaged to find Sareum cash investment, not an Institutional investor. They are two different things. the latter buy into the existing share pool but doesn't raise any cash. Their name would give the company some clout and show confidence in the compounds but we were past that stage of development. IMO PH are working with SAR to get some serious cash on the table. Just look at the Peel website news page. (SAR is on there) https://www.peelhunt.com/news just look at the size of some of the deals they have brokered. That's why they are here and wouldn't be surprised is they find us a backer to put both 1801 and 02 through P1. We will have to dilute further or even give away a percentage of the compound but Sareum need help or our investment will fail.

As I've said before. I don't want to disrupt the company at this stage of development, Tim is crucial to Sareum being successful but I do think the shareholders need a voice on the board. Maybe another NED of our choosing?

In the meantime, just keep buying the dips and the rewards will follow.

I don't want Tim ousted. I don't particularly want to cause the board any issues. I just want the board to realise who owns the company and we won't stand for any more delays. The thing I really worry about is if the compound is good, why no deals? Are we aiming too high? Just how good is the compound?

I know it looks that way, cjh but the volume is tiny. If you had the clout to be able to demand a 30% discount, you'd surely be buying more than a few million shares each day. For example, a TR1 is triggered if 3% of shares are sold or bought. That's 100 million shares. IMO it's just market sentiment. I'm holding out of sheer stubbornness. I even put another £5k in last Friday.

We just have to wait it out now. They have told us CTA in H2 2021 and the directors sold share options which can only be done in an open market. This has basically said to the market that there no news is coming. Add this to the delays and you have this perfect environment for the MM's to walk this down at will. The directors have spectacularly shot themselves in their foot here. Not sure if its incompetence, naivety or they were too full of ego to think about what might happen. I'm not worried about getting back to 9p, but I m annoyed at the rise and shareholder sentiment they have now sqaundered.

KB. The PI's own the majority of the company. We decide any sell price and would turn down any stupid offers. The TO price, if there is one would start above 10.25p and IMO, it would have to be at least double that.

It's bad if you bought at 9p though.

It has submerged and been talked about quite a lot here.

Maf, the HNWI are in here for £4.5 million. Meanwhile, the rest of us account for the other hundred and odd million pound. Who is more important? Why should they get preferential treatment when we own the bulk of the company? All I'm asking is no more delays, let's move forward and get a deal done by Q3 next year or they are out. I don't want to vote down at the AGM but as shareholders, it the only power we have at the moment.

Great Post RMM and my sentiments exactly, put across much better than I would've done. I don't want to cause issues for the BOD by voting down and I don't care about the options Tim and John just sold but they need to know that the private investors own most of the company and we stand for anymore delays. If we can't get lab time sorted, work with a company that can.

At the end of the day, health is all that matters, Salford. Great news, hope the recovery goes well.
