Maid. In England alone, there have been approx 120 million vaccines given. If you gave our 1801 TYK2 capsule to that many people, there would be lots of complications, side effects a yes, deaths. Its all about the numbers. I will never understand investors here saying the vaccine is rushed and harming people but then saying our as yet untested compound is the answer. It's like moaning about climate change but then investing in oilers.

Nope. This is what I suspected would happen. It is big news but for new investors, its just a tick in the box. I'm pleased and happy that we,are moving forward. We are about to apply to test on humans, we are fully funded for that trial and the long term holders know that SRA737 was licenced shortly after the P1 started. Same MO, same paterern except this time the compound is 100% owned by us. All road lead to £10.

Now we wait for the CTA!

The market will decide what value of the preclinical compound are. I've said multiple times that I'm not sure the tox results will give us a lift. In terms of development, the completion of the studies is huge and will mean we can file a CTA. But in terms of market sentiment, some investors may just see it as a tick in box on the CTA form.
Also, good tox data doesn't mean 1801 is tox free, only a P1 trial can tell us that. Add the above into a mix where it is very risky to hold AIM shares and you can see why there aren't many buyers. I think we are at the mercy of the traders and Mm's until tangible news comes along and that will probably be when we lodge the CTA or a major ii comes on board. I hope I'm wrong about the tox results but if it does spike, I'll he trading a few, just to keep it exciting until the big RNS comes along.

The PI's hold most of the shares in issue. Not one investor has breached 3% yet let alone enough to force a sale. Stick to the plan. The instability in SP is because too many PI's bought in and think a big TO is just around the corner. It's not, we know the plan and IMO, the offers will come after a successful P1, 18 months to 2 years. My own estimate for a takeover is 2 possibly upto 3 billion pounds. I could be lower than that if the is a share swap option. Its happened before, no resson it can't happen for SAR.

I don't don't have L2 anymore, tufn last month! There were 6 Mm's. The usual suspects. PH, wins etc.. There was some manipulation yesterday which caught some smaller PI's. But IMO, we lost a LTH with a big holding yesterday. Could be one of many reasons why. Sometimes you just need cash as quick as possible and you have to take what you can get. Lesson of the day is monitor those stop losses, if you have them.

Nope, they are indicating we have a TYK2 compound just like Baricitanib (ours is cleaner and can probably be given in higher doses). Tyk Tock. 1801 could be the goto drug for Covid for years to come. Even without a major new varient.

Snekie - £10 is less than 28p. Easy doable in the next 18 months.

We need a new goal. Who is looking forward to the £10 party? 1801 in clinic and 737 news should see us there.

If it helps. We have others here with holdings of more than 10 million shares (old money). Pretty sure RMM has a big holding too. They are largely still bullish about the future.

Aber - a director buying might seem like a good idea but it would mean we are in an open market and there is no known news coming. I know its frustrating and I believe you have on excess of 10 million shares so must have seen a 1 million profit dissappear so you are more vocal about it but if us what it is. Stop listening to what people say on here and start listening to what the board are telling you. And when we get to 5 or £6 maybe take some profit. Don't listen to me though. Just switch off.

LTH here. We knew that post-consolidation, the SP would fall, it always does but now we have a clear path to the clinic. Even better, we are already financed for that path and our share price is more desirable to institutions. We will get notification of the tox report in the next few weeks. Not sure if this will create a buzz or not but it's a massive step in terms of progress. Then we will get the CTA notification, again a huge step from the lab to the clinic. All these things add value that underpins the business model, even if the SP doesn't reflect that. And the 300 billion dollar market that was thrown in then a potential buyout of 1 hundredth of that isn't out of the question IMO. We just need to get into the clinic and into patients. Good tox results there and we will be flying. You need patience here and you need to recognise the risk. If you can't do that. I've got nothing for you. I'm predicting a market cap of 2 to 3 billion in the next 18 months. What's not to like?

Sorry, posted before I'd finished. Was going to say, at the end of the day, our hut feeling is what is right for us at any given time. If you get excited about something, I will look further into it.

I'd be amazed if any more than 5% of the posters here had any more than the basic grasp of what an inhibitor is, let alone the science of how it can treat cancer. I certainly don't, nor do I need to. I read and listen to what the board says, just like any other stock I've invested in. I've been invested in oil, lithium and gold explorers in the past, even though I know nothing about geology.! Citizen is a valued poster here, prolific in posting science based research but even he resorted to "his gut feeling". truth is, we won't know until it is trialled. Same with TYK2.

Thanks, SOG. So the data will be hard to understand for most investors and any upside in the SP will have to be on the back of some PR from the board. Let's hope Time, John and Stephen can create a buzz when the data is released.

The thing about "the tox results" is I can't remember there being such a fuss about them with CHK1. Did they release tox data report to the market with CHK1? I know loads here think the results will give us a lift but I can't help thinking they are just another hoop for us to jump through. Absolutely needed brfore we can move on to a CTA but not necessarily price sensitive. Also, who creates the data package? Is it SAR or does it have to be peer reviewed? I'm asking because Tim keeps saying they are confident in a promising safety profile. Who confirms this?

I agree, Lazzarus. Although, the forward-looking statement in today's RNS is a message to all holders that the tox results will be fine. And, for Fadec. We have been in development mode for more than 3 years, it seems never-ending but some of that is down to some posters here indicating we were further developed than what the board was telling us. I fully admit to getting drawn into that and dreaming. The delays haven't helped the situation either. For a number of reasons, we are effectively 18 months behind where we are supposed to be in 2020. That's all out in the open now and accepted by the market. The only way is up from here. There won't be any binary choices of an SNG type win\lose situation for a year or two so once the consolidation is out of the way. It'll be time for new investors to start taking positions here. It will 10 bag from here once all compounds are successfully running through trials. When will that be? I don't know, at least one year, maybe 2. Then the LTH and new investors will have to consider what exit strategy they will follow. Let the traders make a bit of cash in the meantime. At least someone is.

IMO, the SNG scenario is the main reason the SAR board didn't go down the Covid route with all guns blazing. The Tyk2 compounds are too valuable in the respective indications to risk a rushed trial. Slow and steady wins this race. Better to do this properly and if a Covid treatment comes out of it, capitalise on that as and when that happens. As always, Sareum wil have the potential to spike on Covid news, esspecially if there is another varient comes along. If that happens, id fully expect a lot of shares to move from LTH hands to new investors. Thats the way this works.
