Dickie, what’s happening on the TG these days, a bit of infighting ? I still cannot understand why I would be kicked off for getting a tad frustrated at the lemmings talking utter fantasy about a PG Q&A happening during a news blackout.

Yes I was removed from Telegram group last night basically for nothing more than showing frustration with idiots. Jasper has done some decent research and posting demonstrating quite clearly that there is a news blackout and the reasons. Off the back of that you get constant statements that we are about to land a $3b plus offer for the company any day which has been a constant since the group was started but the latest was an imaginary Q&A with Paul via Flagstaff being invented and questions being invited for this future Q&A. It was ridiculous stuff like “Paul why the news blackout”. I criticised that once and was banned by Jasper which is fine as I was getting to the point yesterday to have to scroll past the 90% of bs postings that he seems to think are acceptable. I have never trolled anyone on a board or spread FUD but he has banned me and that is his right. Personally I have a very significant holding (was in the 2nd highest category per Telegram poll) and want to see PRD being sold off for a good price. I don’t need to waste time scrolling through what is fast turning into a massive echo

Agree with you 100% I’m at the point where I no longer invest in the UK, let alone AIM, it’s a rat infested sewer of grift merchants and hoods. The authorities are not interested in policing illegality. I have 4 UK holdings left in my portfolio and one day it will be nil. Shield have been a big disappointment, I’m not sure I would blame the market. The CEO no longer convinces, sadly the may be taken out on the cheap

More numpty speak. PG has said he is fully funded for various but has never claimed to be ff through to monetisation. If you need to raise for specifics then why not lump in some additional for G+A when you are already paying broker fees etc. Or is that simply too difficult to understand ? Probably

People have no clue just how difficult it can be with funders or O&G majors who behave like vultures. I think this was always foreseeable and by no means a setback. If anything RG has strengthened his negotiating position and made a good deal down the line for shareholders more and not less likely.
