I have doubled my money since September, and to be brutally honest that is why I invested in Ferrexpo, undervalued assets within the narrative of geopolitics.

There are 2 things which effect the Ferrexpo sp, the political and company.

In Jan we will have the production update and April full year result, this will give us an understanding if the fundamentals are there.

The political, is the speculation side. So we potentially could have a sky rocketing SP on peace while the fundamentals is showing a lower price.

M1Rob, you are arguing hypothetical, 'if' this happens or 'that'.

You invest on subjective valuation based around facts.

You want people to debate your "legal case will mean it is 0" or "what happens if Russia fires a missle and destroy the production", none of this has happened.

You are investing in risk, and as stated, this valuation is subjective.

If you don't get why the SP has gone up, you really don't understand investing, the last 1/4 Ferrexpo was increasing revenue to 220 mill odd, profit of 10% moving into peace.

If production continues to recover, 600 odd million MC is justified as you are under sales / book value.

If you still don't get it, wait until it is 2 Gbps a share, and you will still be posting the same posts

I can see Ferrexpo hitting 2 gbp when peace is confirmed.

I would say a stretch target would be 2 billion MC.

The key update will be the production in Jan, this will confirm momentum on the production side

We all understand risk.......Ferrexpo issues are widely known.

The problem with your logic is that you don't calculate the upside, only looking at the risk.

Ferrexpo is a 2 billion asset company, valued at 700 million, no debt and 100 million in cash, with revenue of a billion.

You weigh this with the Risk.

In my opinion, especially, after free carrying, the potential post war uplift is worth the risk.

Assuming worst case, you can always sell..... or do you think no one has stop losses etc?

So your point is what then? That there is a small chance Ferrexpo may fall to 10p a share? Using that logic, why would you invest in any risk? All stocks have a potential to go to 0

The chances of this falling to 0 are so small, it is not worth worrying about.

Obviously, you should access your risk tolerance and make a subjective call, free carry etc.

But don't believe people who think this will fall to sub 20 million MC when they have 100 million in cash, generating free cash flow and have no debt.

My buy average is 45p and free carrying.

The issue is more we are talking about a stock, people should be posting a value they think the company is worth.

In my opinion, Ferrexpo is a 1.5 billion to 2 billion dollar MC company.

Obviously, short term we can go anywhere, but medium to long term this company is not a 600 Mil MC if you have normal conditions.

Post war, Ukraine will getting pumped full of cash, close to half a trillion for reconstruction. If you don't think this will have a positive impact of Ferrexpo, you are betting against logic

Use logic, you buy assets in the commodity cycle at the bottom.

Ferrexpo has 0 debt, MC less than a billion, assets worth over a billion and 100 million plus in cash.

Your logic misses the point of investing, you look for undervalued assets.

So ask yourself, if your buying the whole business of ferrexpo, what price will you buy it for?
